Good quality products and a very affordable collection. The only thing that wasn't pleasant was the shipping time. Took very long to arrive.

I ordered 6 items.. I received in a parcel 2 out of the 6 items. The parcel stated 1 of 1 on the front so I am not expecting any more.

I sent an immediate message on website to ask where my items are, no response.

I followed the automatic email reply up with a lengthy email including photos as i was unable to put these on the initial contact us request. No reply...

I then called this morning only to have an answer machine message saying due to unpresidented amount of calls no staff available to take call please go to website and cut me off!! Whilst I appreciate this is not an expensive company for items i do not expect to pay for 6 items and receive only 2 and then have no response to messages and emails or telephone contact available.. this shouts... scam or company going under/Out of business... DO NOT ORDER AT THIS TIME

Ordered 4 items mid December only received 2 and still waiting for response. Absolute joke of customer service never answer. Will never order from here again and would recommend to avoid at all costs. Shambles of a company

Ordered back in November 2024. Have previously ordered several times from OHS and had no issues Items were good value and delivery was OK.
This time never got the Items for Christmas and after contacting OHS never got anywhere in getting my money back.

I contacted my bank and they were brilliant.Once I put in the dispute I got my money back straight away. It's now February 2025 and still never got the items.
You want get refunded by OHS so seek advice from your bank .As its fraud really if taking your money for items never delivered.

Received an order back in early January, tried to return 2 of the items and I am still waiting a response from customer service

They only provide yodel returns and you have to have a printer, I've explained I don't have a printer and I am not able to get one or get out to find one.

I have chased them up 3 times for a response and I have heard nothing.

Really disappointed.

I ordered 4 bed sets. All 4 arrived. I was a bit worried due to reviews the website was a scam and yes the dispatch email did take a while but they arrive and they are all perfect for what I needed. So much cheaper than other companies when kingsize bedding is often £16/20 plus.

Bought a Candle plate in the sale, took almost a week to despatch, contacted the company on about 3 occasions to recieve a pre written response every time. No follow up responses from an actual human. No customer service whatsoever. When the plate finally arrived, the hexagonal mirror was chipped on each point and only fitted in the hexagonal metal frame with suction cups and it didn't fit correctly.The box was battered aswell.Not very well packaged. Waste of time and money this company, Do yourself a favour, don't bother with them. First and last time for me.

No item, no response, no refund

I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star. Ordered a dressing gown that said from Debenhams…. Is it Bob. It looks like a blind man as made it. Absolutely disgusting. Avoid this site like the plague. Rip off scum bags.

Ordered item 5/1/25 said order would be dispatched on 24th which I accepted. Got email to say dispatched on on 24th and received item 25th. I ordered an electric heated blanket which is ok what I expected for the price. It's to replace one I bought for three times the price from a reputable shop which only lasted 18 months so 🤞this one lasts at least 6 months ! 4* is only because I would have preferred a quicker delivery.

I am registered blind and use specialised audible software on my PC. However, I firmly believe that my abilities far surpass any limitations my disability might impose.

I recently had an unpleasant experience on the OHS website. As a registered blind individual, I rely on specialized audible software to navigate the internet. While browsing for a blanket for my grandchild, I left it in my basket, planning to return later to combine shipping costs. However, upon returning to my PC after a brief moment away, I found two emails from OHS urging me to complete my purchase.

This aggressive sales tactic felt like undue pressure to make an immediate purchase, which left a negative impression on me. If this were a physical store, I doubt they would follow customers around, insisting they make a purchase on the spot.

I believe potential customers should be aware of this high-pressure approach. It gives the impression of a company more focused on immediate sales than on providing a comfortable shopping experience.
Incidently have you noticed that whenever a review is written about a company whether it be good or bad the company will normally respond to to criticism or praise but either these guys at OHS can't read or write or we, THEIR customers do not deserve their explanations?

I have repeatedly asked for a refund for my items but I don't get a response from the customer service team for days. OHS doesn't seem willing to give me a refund at all, even though all my items have been unopened. I will ever shop with OHS again!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!! Ordered over a month ago they take money and don’t send parcel! Get no replies from emails or DMs , customer service is shocking and all over Facebook people are having the same issues , it’s a SCAM. I’m in the process of taking it further to get a refund !!!! Moshe Cohen is the CEO and should be ashamed of himself for letting people be scammed as you don’t get goods and you don’t get refund either !

I’m disappointed to share a negative review for this company, especially after several previous orders that went smoothly. However, my recent experience with a rug order placed just after Christmas has been quite frustrating.

The communication from this company has been utterly unacceptable. After a week had passed without any tracking information, I reached out to their customer service but received no response. I ultimately had to contact them via Instagram, where I was informed that the item I ordered was out of stock.

1. Why did I have to initiate contact to learn that my product would not be arriving?
2. The so-called 'resolution' offered was a refund, which I see as my basic right, not a solution to the problem.

There was no information provided about whether the item would be restocked, when that might happen, or if I could choose to wait for it. The whole experience has been a complete disappointment. I cannot recommend this company based on this experience.

I really don't understand the negative reviews on here,as I can only go on my own experience with OHS,I've never had a problem with any order,yes they are cheap and cheerful but what do you expect for the price you are paying, the throws and loungewear keep you warm,that's all they are meant to do.

I ordered things for my grandson for Christmas got onto the company and asked her would get in time they said yes I would apparently the items were left in my front porch. I don’t have a front porch. I live in a block of flats so I’d like to go and get something quick, quick for my grandsons don’t think that’s very good. Customer service of things just going missing.

If I could give a zero I would.
Items are of very poor cheap quality, Blackout curtains that are not
Rugs cheap and thin
Throw that you could see through
Paid extra for 1-3 days delivery, got the full order over a week later.
If you want cheap and nasty quality then by
all means shop with them I know I will never buy from them again.
If they cannot guarantee a service they should not be in business.

Same. I've placed order on the 9th of December and received a confirmation email but till today no tracking number and no information. Contacted the Company several time with no response from them. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing. I'm so annoyed and angry. Money gone and no items. Scam and discrase.

I placed an order 3 days ago, my bank statement shows payment has been done but I still haven't even received a confirmation email with order number and details.
I have contacted them but no response received yet.
Outrageous service.
Will keep you updated if any changes.
