Gellak starters pakket besteld bij OJ commerce via Bol.com 46.95.
Over kwaliteit kan ik niets zeggen, geen verstand van. Prachtig plaatje op de website.
Bezorgd in een doosje van 15 cm x 20 cm en alles los erin geflikkerd. Dit wil je dan kado geven aan je dochter voor haar verjaardag. Dat had ik net zo goed zelf alles los kunnen kopen.
Dit bedrijf heeft geen beleving naar mijn mening, zo moet je geen zaken doen of het op zijn minst vermelden. Zakkenvullers.
Ik vind ook dat Bol.com zijn partners beter moet controleren. Dit is echt teleurstellend.

Worst Company to work

Hello everyone, Please, please, please do not work for this company; they will fire you for no reason, and it is the worst place to work in the world. You must dance to everyone's music. Specially The new so-called Manager Daniel Vinod will say lies and manipulate and talk and make a hell of a lot of mistakes, he will say its my mistake and he will never listen to the calls attentively, he does not have a clear picture of what is exactly happening, but simply for no he will fire people this way they treat the agent, they do not give proper training and they do not give you time to learn as well as the worst company to work for .Every day they will come up with new rules There is only one good soul in the world, Pravin Daniel, who was extremely helpful.

I am a supplier that was never paid correctly by OJ Commerce in 1 year of business

We sold to OJ Commerce for 1 year. During the course of our relationship every single check they sent required our accountant to email them and argue over the amount paid. Not one check was correct. After a year of this nonsense we parted ways with them. They refused to get off our Amazon listings, threatened legal action against us for "defamation of character" of their business when we reported the listings to Amazon to have them removed. This company are a bunch of crooks, plain and simple. The "customer service" group was the department of scams, trying to get us to pay for the most ridiculous things and then ignoring us when we presented facts to the contrary or reiterated policy to them.

WORD OF CAUTION to all suppliers: do not expect OJ Commerce to pay you fairly or to act with professionalism. They are internet retail thugs in every sense of the word.

The worst online furniture company I have bought from

The worst company I have ever bought from online. I purchased a coffee table that did not have the right parts and didn't match the photos. It didn't match the measurements that they had on the website either. The return policy was horrible and they made it very difficult for me even though it was their mistake. I ended up losing money after having to donate the table to goodwill since they required me to ship it in the original box back to get a full refund. I recycled the cardboard box. I strongly advise against buying from this company. I'm actually really surprised that Walmart allows them to sell on their website. DO NOT BUY FROM OJ COMMERCE. It will look great in a photo but the products will be of poor quality and more than likely not the same product that they advertise.

Bed frame snapped in two months

I ordered a bed frame from them. Not a cheap one. It collapsed suddenly after 2 months of use. By the way I’m a 115lb female who sleeps alone. They said they cannot offer me even a coupon since it had been over 30 days since I placed the order.
I should have sent it back immediately when I saw what a mess the way they packed it in the box was.

Worst experience / seller ever!!

These sellers are liars!

I ordered a shoe cabinet at August 18, 2021 and the delivery date was shown Sept 13. On Sept 7th I received an email saying the order was cancelled as the product is out of stock! I was super surprised to see that the product was showing available on their website. I was trying to leave a review on their website but they did not allow me to submit. I contacted their customer service and they simply apologized. The story did not end here.

I contacted to the store via eBay and their representative mentioned they have it in stock! Then I came back to the website customer service and they said - "we confirm it is unavailable". I was so shocked to see how utterly liar these people are. I have screenshots for all these conversation. DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THEM.

Shady sofa set

I found this sofa set just by casually looking on the--- web buyer beware I should have kept looking --received the loveseat with knife slashs on the back near back of the seat also medium sized hole they replaced through manufacturer warranty since theirs had expired-- then I didn't open sofa till much later date and found long knife gashes all around back of sofa, also wood peaking through the bottom of sofa, clearly it had been opened before and damaged sent them pics of the packaging (damaged sofa) they wouldn't replace or give refund after selling a damaged product --Shame on you it never should have been sold wiil never shop with this company again----

This seller deserves a negative rating. The sofa advertised didn’t specifically say that it’s a set. It was misleading. So I bought this thinking it was a set. It was delayed for about 3 weeks from the original date it was originally promised. We had an event and badly needed this set. Seller told us they couldn’t help us bec it’s shippers problem that’s why it was delayed. We had to pick up the couch all the way from sellers warehouse. It was 180-200 miles from our house. I’ve spent $900 for shipping. When we arrived at the shopper warehouse, I found out that our couch was not delivered on proposed. Second, I also found out that it was not a set, but half of the set. I begged and pleaded seller to pick it up from my house at no cost, seller humiliated and blamed me instead. Instead of working together , this seller ignored and has never helped. So I paid for the cost of the couch plus $900 shipping pick up plus return cost. It’s not totally worth it. I had to go through this nightmare just to deal with this seller. Better google this seller before doing any business.

DAMAGED ORDER-TERRIBLE CUST. SERV.

I ordered a wicker outdoor table. It arrived w/ the 44" box slashed in multiple places, ripped open, and the table was crumbling inside. I emailed the company that day w/ pics and twice more with no response. I called 3 times and no one picked up. I submitted a complain and heard back 10 days later. I requested a replacement or refund since the table is un-usable with damage. They have refused for days. Finally stated I'd have to pay to have it shipped back and also pay for a replacement to be shipped. The damage was not my fault-it arrived in that condition. At this point, they've said they're not going to do anything and close the ticket. Awful shipping, customer service, and no resolution. I'm now going to ask my credit card company to dispute it. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

Pls help me, no one is responding

Hello Mr Jacob, hope this email finds you well.

I purchased a sofa and the details are below. This sofa was delayed for about 2 weeks from the time of the original receipt date promised to us. It was stuck at a warehouse in Stockton, CA. We had a time-sensitive event which we moved the date (multiple times) because we were waiting for the couch.

1. We called shipper (AM home trucking delivery) and said our furniture will be stuck at their warehouse. An AM delivery customer agent said they don’t have drivers and they have no intention to deliver our products. If they do, they don’t know when.

Because of this, I hired someone to go to the Stockton warehouse of AM delivery. It's a 180-200 mile drive from our house. We rented a truck to pick up the item. When we reached the AM trucking warehouse, we found out that their drivers actually will be delivering in our area but MISSED our item on purpose.

Should we have known this, I shouldn't have hired manpower and spent money to have the item picked up.

2. When we reached the warehouse, I learned that only half of the couch set was delivered. As you can see in the website, the photo is pictured as one set. Also, the description does not say that only 1 couch is included, instead of a set.

Should we have known that this product is only half, I should not have purchased this. We need the entire set, and not just half. The information that was displayed on Amazon is incorrect.

3. We called your office so many times. The supervisor named Orlando just dismissed us like there was no issue. He sounded like he was blaming us. It looks like this is not in line with the "customer-obsession" policy of Amazon. We purchased it on Amazon as the platform is really outstanding. This is the exception.

The customer agents were saying that it's not really their job if something's delayed. True-- because it's all in the shipper's hands. But I hope your team can somehow help in small ways by liaising with the shipper. In our case, we were doing all the work. Your team has a culture of "its not my job".

We felt defrauded and we wasted our time, resources and energy. I’m sure we’re just another order for you. But for small individuals like us, this means the world. I'm sure we are another delivery for you and you guys probably won't care.

I fully regret purchasing this furniture and doing business with your company. It has caused us so much stress. This is furniture from HELL.

I would like to request for the following:

1. We are not using the furniture. Please have someone to pick up from our house. Please don't expect us to drive the furniture and return it all the way to the Stockton, CA warehouse.

2. Kindly reimburse us with the $$ I have spent with the driver, truck rental and gas for picking up the furniture. AM trucking warehouse is 180-200 mile from my house.

Ojcommerce is simply the worst place you want to order from.
My futon sofa arrived with box and sofa both heavily damaged.
I called customer service and was on hold for 2 hours.
Finally when I emailed them, they told me they have no service to pick it up.
Stay away from Ojcommerce. Terrible customer service!

I ordered a desk from OJ Commerce…

I ordered a desk from OJ Commerce through Amazon with assembly.
The package arrived securely bubble wrapped. I was not able to see the product or product number on the box.
We safely stored the box until the assembly technician arrived.
We moved shelves out of my son's room to allow for enough space for the technician to assemble the desk in the room when he arrived.
The technician was almost done with the assembly when he asked me which way to set it up. This was an odd question, since I had ordered a rectangular desk.
Turns out, OJ Commerce sent an L shaped desk.
There is not enough room to place an L shaped desk in my son's room.
We are going into week 3. I have my son's shelves in my living room.
OJ Commerce is demanding for me to return the desk. They will not assist with the disassembly of the desk.
They will send me a return Fed Ex sticker.
That's the only remedy they offer to get my money back.
That means I'm out now money to return the desk. I have the inconvenience of walking around shelves in my living room.
And I will never get the desk I actually ordered. Amazon cannot assist, since this is a 3rd party vendor.
Terrible customer service.
Do not order from them.

Factory rejects..Arrived in a week which was great but..did not look like the photo At All!! Very poorly woven and could not leave a review with out signing up on some invasive website. Beware Completely different product color. Very miss leading! No returns..byer beware!!

Beware of the oj commerce return policy

oj commerce has put Walmart in a very, very, very bad position with their return policy. If you return something heavy be ready to pay and not be refunded by oj commerce. Stay away from purchasing anything remotely associated with oj, especially if there is a fear of a return. They act like they care, but with a return policy like they have they can`t possibly care about the customer.
