Fantastic staff with excellent knowledge. In my various trips to Richer Sounds in Glasgow the staff have always suggested the best quality at the price I can afford rather than pushing the latest gadget or highest price. All staff members are very friendly and personable.

The listening room is an essential part of selecting what you want for the sound you need if like me you are no expert. The in store help and advice to get you where you need to be is fantastic. I found my sound and I'm very happy.

Ordered over phone to store, staff were amazing worked with me and allowed me to make my purchase smoothly and I hung up feeling I was treated really fairly and with consideration as a customer. I criticised Richersounds many years ago out of my impatience but would like to point out I was wrong and they were right. This company has went beyond my expectations so many times, so sorry for getting it wrong and thanks for the amazing service.

Very pleasant staff as always

Spoke to Simon at Glasgow requesting a change to one of the “bundles”. He got my order processed quickly, getting me exactly what I wanted. The entire order arrived the following day. Absolutely no blame to Simon, but I ordered the wrong receiver. I thought the X2850H had an FM Tuner and only once I was hooking up the connections did I spot there was nowhere for an antenna to plug in. I re-read the description again and found where I’d gone wrong. It’s no big deal as all the stations I regularly listen to are available from the TuneIn app.
I’m very happy with the purchase and with Richer Sounds’ service.
