Visited the MK store with an idea to create a home cinema. Should have visited them before I started to buy a projector. Staff talked me through what I wanted to achieve and after lots of maybe’s it turned out not possible. Great advice and friendly helpful staff. Prices as keen as industry standard but advise priceless.

New TV arrived today from the Milton Keynes store via courier which took 9 days and they supplied the wrong remote for the TV so now have a television I can't set up or use

Every went very smoothly, in line with what I was expecting and the record deck was straightforward to install once I got it home.

I used Richer Sounds because I could get £100 discount by joining the VIP Members Club. I was very impressed with the Next Day Click and Collect service as well. I wouldn't hesitate to use this shop again.

I was in search of a product which would enhance the sound of my TV and streamed music.
The salesman showed me several products which had these facilities but were more expensive than I wanted to spend. He conferred with his colleagues and between them they came up with a more affordable product which they could order for me.
I then did further research online where I found the identical product but £20.00 cheaper. The company agreed to price match so I ordered it through them and they delivered it to my home the following day.
The sales team were cheerful as well as being helpful and resourceful. I will always give them the opportunity to supply me as I prefer to deal with real people as opposed to online.
I am happy to recommend the company.

From initial contact, to listening in their demo room, to delivery, to an additional visit by them on Sunday morning to check set up, I had had problems with connecting the streaming unit - silver listener…..’ resolved quickly.
And totally happy and content with how it sounds, just Perfect !!

Guy who served us went out of his way to demonstrate speakers to the best of his ability, setting up what we wanted to listen to, including setting up a CD player so we could hear our own CDs.
Not so knowledgeable about sound of classical music - more used to modern popular music.
