The only place to go!
I was looking to upgrade my AVR & came to this store,
The guys advised me based on my budget & what I was looking for,
I ended up going for the new Denon AVR-X2900H DAB, what a piece of kit this is I could not be happier,
I will definitely be back for some extra speakers & possibly a new TV very soon,
This is the only place to go if you're looking for anything sound or TV for the home,
Nice & professional with expert advice & help!

We offer various delivery services including free and premium options, so if customers require a specific date this can be arranged for a small fee, however with the free 3-5 working day free option the courier will arrange the date. I talked to a knowledgeable human being who was able to answer all my questions and give advice, without any pressuring techniques. I could actually see the product I was wanting to buy and see if it was suitable for my needs.

Always a joy going to this store
Always a joy going to this store. They are all so knowledgeable and friendly. They let me 14yo son use the new simulator upstairs and while I was waiting I was offered to experience the music room nextdoor. To summarise, always friendly, attentive and knowledgeable ⭐

Staff were friendly
Staff were friendly , efficient and very knowledgeable , didn’t have the particular dab radio in stock but it was delivered a couple of days later- really happy to pay a bit extra to get this level of service and advice.

What's not to love
Been dealing with Richer Sounds for over decade now. They are super committed to getting you a solution not necessarily a sale. Very knowledgeable staff who are genuinely interested in what their product range and getting the best for the customer!
Great prices and (free) 6 year warranty to boot. What's not to love about that!

Another good experience
I have bought quite a few bits from Richer Sounds over the years - I am a customer for life (probably).
The Reigate branch is always full of interesting stuff and the refit is a real improvement. The staff are helpful and happy and seem well informed.
Finally I am lucky enough not to have to check prices - getting something I am satisfied by and being treated considerately in the shop is more important.
