This is my first year choosing Spaces…
This is my first year choosing Spaces as an office choice. I love the location and the setup of Spaces. I like the privacy that I and my employees receive in the office space. I like that we are able to get the same office space each time, so there isn't any confusion about where we need to meet. It is convenient and affordable. We love it!

We really like the office
We really like the office! The decor and equipment are great, as well as the staff. The music is a bit too loud - we have a space closer to the front where it is louder. The printing and scanning services are cost prohibitive so I wish those were less.

Buyer Beware
Prior to move-in the staff were very nice and amenable to work with. We were from out of town and relied on their photos and videos to secure the space. Upon move-in there was flooding, our staff were asked to leave offices for carpet cleaning (that we were not made aware of beforehand), there appears to be a man living in one of the spaces, what appeared to be a 7 yo cleaning in the men's restroom, spray painting going on for 16+ hours over 2 days with no ventilation. The list goes on. We tried to work with the sales team to resolve the issue and exercise our right to cancel the agreement and they became non-responsive. I would recommend that you do not rent from Regus/Spaces.
Edit in response to Spaces response below: please address the formal emails that our company has sent to your company regarding lease terms.
Note to all other potential tenants, please be aware that no circumstance (in the eyes of Spaces) will allow you to exercise your right to cancel the agreement, and no reasonable remedy will be made to you. Offering another space at a different location outside of our stated area is not an acceptable alternative. The statements above are representative of our experience and the response that we've received from Spaces is an embarrassment.

Hi Darlene, I’m sorry if you felt the need to escalate this.
It is disappointing to see you post online with false allegations. Your centre confirmed that there was no flooding in the centre, but it was a condensation leak with the HVAC system which was resolved immediately.
During the carpet cleaning, you were offered with an alternative space which you declined.
We have investigated and found no one is staying in the spaces as per your claims.
We always offered you alternative options to resolve your concerns however you have declined them all and requested to end the agreement earlier. A signed agreement is a formal business commitment, and it cannot be amended. So, your current agreement will expire on 31 August 2024.
Your centre team was always in contact with you in this matter, please feel free to discuss the alternatives they have provided you.
