The staff is always willing to help and go the extra mile with a smile on their faces. facilities are always clean and wonderful environment to work in.

We rented office space at Spaces Umhlanga for one year. The workspace itself is decent, clean, and in a good location, and during our stay the facilities were generally fine. However, our experience at the end of the lease has been extremely disappointing.

We decided not to renew because the space no longer fits our business needs, which is normal when a company grows and requirements change. What is not acceptable is the way our deposit refund has been handled.

We have been chasing our deposit since October 2025, and to this day we are still receiving vague, unhelpful, and unacceptable responses. Every follow-up results in another delay, another excuse, or no clear answer at all. For a company that promotes itself as professional and business-friendly, the administration around refunds is very poor.

Holding a client’s deposit for months after the lease has ended is simply not acceptable. It creates unnecessary stress and wastes time that businesses do not have.

Based on our experience, the office space itself is fine, but be very careful when it comes to deposits and end-of-lease processes. The lack of urgency and poor communication has left a very negative final impression.

The service is great and facilities work consistently.

However, it could be improved by the ablution facilities being cleaned and consumables replenished more.

I had some billing issues which seem to be resolved.

The staff (Pat, Michelle and Sashni) are excellent in that they're very very helpful and responsive.
