You also extorted money for an "office renovation" that we rented without renovation, and the manager told us that in this case, we wouldn't have to pay for the renovation after we moved out...
These are all lies!
You have committed fraud. This is a criminal offense!
If you don't immediately return the £4,224.80, I will attach invoices here as proof of your fraud and we will file a lawsuit against you.
We have known about your deception for many years, and we will seek out other victims of your scams. You won't be happy.

We’re sorry for your frustration but we haven’t stolen your deposit - your agreement ended on 31 October 2025 and we promise to process retainer refunds within 30 days of your end date which has been followed here. It’s on its way to you and you can expect to receive it soon.
We provide our restoration service for all customers to save time and money. When you moved into your office, we ensured it was all in working order and ready for use. We do the same with each customer and this service is part of your agreement. On behalf of your Community team, I’d like to extend a full apology if this wasn’t explained to you.

Agreement and Collaboration
Signed an extension for 3months with them in December 2024, our company had a huge shock, unpredicted turn of events that seriously affected operations. The 3months extension agreement with spaces was meant to start in March 2025. We contacted spaces early February (5th to 7th when 3 months agreement had not kicked in yet) to cancel agreement, due to the shock turn of events, providing details, links, website and explaining situation to spaces, spaces got back after 3 weeks, early in March (when agreement signed in December was meant to kick-in) to say they have not accepted termination of agreement. Very bad experience overall. Be careful with anything IWG. Be prepared to scrutinize your bills every month. Be prepared to be unable to speak to people who are responsible to give answers to your questions or swift response.

Disappointing Response
Dropping our review to 1-star as there has been nothing done with the temperature. This morning the office was 10C, staff will need to be sent home, rendering an office as pointless. No progress on the lift, we are told the CEO of IWG has to approve and it has been with them for months.
Lorraine has not replied to my mail and "escalated" to the local team whom we speak to all the time and, unfortunately, don't have the empowerment to improve things.

Our Cannon Street office
Our Cannon Street office, the lifts are constantly broken, the temperature in the room is either boiling hot or freezing cold, the 1st floor workspace is always busy with Connect Earths employees as the only have a 6 person office and 40 employees. Overall not a great experience. The Two stars are for the reception team, nothing is ever too much trouble. shame the building lets them down.

Whilst we recognise that there were issues with the lifts and air conditioning (which have since been resolved), your comments about the lounge being fully occupied are inaccurate. The customer you mentioned does not have this many team members.
