Spaces provides great service. Office is bright and comfortable. A little pricey especially with declining lease rates now but overall a great place to work in a positive and enjoyable environment

They could modernize their internet a bit, no IPV6, they NAT IPV4 for everyone.

Spaces is a great option for…The New entrepreneur or growing entrepreneur
Spaces is a great option for entrepreneurs who need occasional or regular office space to conduct business from. For my needs, a virtual office is quite sufficient, providing a mix of cost savings and open sky work environment, quiet telephone rooms, coffee, tea and water and facilities to warm up your own lunch if you brought it. It’s a good deal for entrepreneurs needing all these features.

I am disappointed with the fact that it…
I am disappointed with the fact that it has been over 30 days since I left Spaces, and I have not received my payment back. I got charged cleaning fees when i left the office; I am not sure why there is a need to hold on to my money for over a month. Clearly, you are sending AI-generated responses because no one has reached out to me regarding my account. Your company still has my money. Disgusting!!
UPDATE!!!!
THEY STILL CONTINUE TO IGNORE ME EVEN AFTER THEY SENT THIS BS RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW. IT'S OVER TWO MONTHS HEADING. THREE SINCE I MOVED OUT, THEY ARE NOW TELLING ME TO WAIT FOR THEIR PAYROLL DUE IN ANOTHER MONTH. LUDICROUS AND THIEVING BEHAVIOUR, AVOID THIS BAND OF THIEVES AT ALL COSTS!!

I still have not received my deposit from this BAND OF THIEVES. I am waiting for their next excuse about some glitch in the system based on a made up story. There really needs to be someone advocating for people like us who are being adversely affected by a company scamming our funds. I am considering going to the media and retaining Legal Counsel on my issue.

We provide our restoration service for all customers to save time and money, along with the frustration of dealing with multiple outside vendors such as IT & phone technicians. When you moved into your office, we ensured it was all in working order and ready for use. We do the same with each customer and this service is part of your agreement.
We fully understand the importance of receiving your refund promptly and have taken measures to make the process as smooth as possible for customers. We regret that there was a delay with the refund in your specific case and for this we would like to apologise and thank you for your patience. I can confirm that this is now scheduled for the next possible payment run and a member of my team has been in touch with additional details.
