If you want an item delivered, avoid like the plague.
They update the system with attempted delivery using a photo take 500m away from your property. Then when you query it you get sent a photo of it having been delivered. Then when you phone them (because they son’t respond to your email), they tell you it hasn’t been delivered but will be delivered next day at a time that suits them.
All they have done is lie to me and cause inconvenience. Pretty sure it’s a breach of data protection to send a photo of someone else’s delivery too.
Do not use this company.

They send a response with a misspelled email address so I have to spend more time correcting their errors.
Delivery did not happen the next day as promised, tracking was changed to two days later. Then, on the next day it was going to be delivered they delay it again. And they haven’t bothered to respond to any of my emails asking for an explanation.
This “service” just gets worse.

Did not turn up 3 consecutive times to pick up the same parcel, having each time promised to pick it up the next day.

This is the most stressful delivery I have ever had. Their driver did not come up to my flat, took a picture of the off licence shop in the street and said attempted delivery . Their customer service was awful and not apologetic and rescheduling your delivery is useless because they will do it in their own time. I have been receiving deliveries from Amazon and never had any issues till I encountered them. I hope to receive my goods tomorrow else I will cancel the order. I do not want to have anything to do with them.

APC Overnight and Streetwise Couriers are the very best.

However I do feel that I have to point out the delivery of the items was shocking, they were sent by APC who then used Streetwise couriers in Tolworth to delivery to me in Epsom, I received an email this morning saying they tried to deliver at 10.07 but there was no one to accept the delivery. The truth is my wife was in and because the driver didn't even try to delivery the package, he didn't know that we have a video doorbell and he never even came near the house.

When I called streetwise to explain that I needed the package for my job, they said they would "message" the driver to see if he would go back, he didn't and they didn't ring me back to tell me anything. When I got home from work I called them again and they said they had the package at their office, they said they would try and deliver tomorrow but someone had to be in to accept it, well unfortunately I have to go to work, so I ended up going to pick up the package from them (about a 25 min drive each way)

Just don't. Guaranteed to let you down, make up reasons for failed collections/deliveries, quite likely to lose your items. Customer service a bit like the delivery service, flakey.

A next day delivery was a no show. The rescheduled delivery was a no show too. In both cases, customer services said that the parcel hadn't even made it onto a vehicle yet. The tracking and communication were weak so I cut short the agony by finding the depot and picking it up. The pickup was reasonably hassle-free and the staff weren't unpleasant so it could have been worse. But their delivery operations just don't seem to work.

Even 1 star is too much to be honest. Smashed TV, parcels run over and totally destroyed and avoidance of any responsibility of their negligence. Stay away at all costs.

Absolutely useless company.
I would not trust this company with any deliveries.
They insist that they have tried to deliver a package, but looking at the CCTV there is no record of them even settling foot on the property.
Bunch of liars.

Have been waiting on a del since last Thursday every day it gets cancelled
The company sending to me insisted they del today as we are waiting on materials for an installation, they delivered to the wrong house and only part of the order has arrived, we are missing one of the boxes, avoid avoid avoid, this is not the first time we have experienced such poor service from these amateurs, last time we had to collect the delivery ourselves and the lady on the other end of the phone was horrible and aggressive, needs closing down

On the arrival nobody at the reception. Adviced to call, phone didnt work. Had looking for somone. Very rude and agresive approach from the staff member. Had to take few hours off to collect my £30 parcel from.ebay because, driver did not bother to leave parcel outside my property or leave it with the neighbours. Also they lost 2 parcels in the past. AVOID AT ANY COST

Abysmal company a joke if it could be funny - a useless company subcontracted out by APC Overnight!!!!! Yet again no delivery of fresh food and all the excuses - no drivers - pathetic

The Operators are working hard and are spread thin but are resourceful and try their best to make use of what resources they have to help.

Worst delivery company I've ever had the misfortune to come across. Delivery over a week late, apparently due to drivers not turning up for work, but repeatedly. And they're self employed so the company has no control and frankly doesn't care. Terrible customer service, never rang me back as they'd promised, never rearranged delivery without me chasing on a daily basis. Rude on the phone, seems like a company in a downward spiral that nobody wants to work for. I'm still waiting for my package to arrive.

Aggressive rude and a joke of a company.

Parcel never arrives and they scream at you when you chase it up. They are always the victims of something terrible and it's your fault.

I would consider a vendor or company using this courier grounds to resind the order.
