Booking online was easy, staff were welcoming and efficient when we arrived.
Me and my son had 2 games of bowling and we had burger and chips as well.
Couldn’t fault the food and was a surprise how nice it did taste.
Really good venue for families during the summer.

The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a clean environment, feeling safe. The arcade area is good, especially the new zebra ride and the machines that give out lots of tickets!

More like a teenagers night club with half price booze than a family entertainment facility. Woman walking around with hardly any clothes on, swearing around children. No care from staff when approached with problems. Bar staff really rude. We're sacking tenpin off and moving over to Hollywood bowl.
It's an understaffed establishment that needs major work and a better cleaner (the toilets reek) floors are sticky along with the bowling balls. This isn't a SEND friendly place at all.

A few things coukd be improved...
Their Tuesday night deal was brilliant value for money, however;
Signage from Leisure World Car Park could be much improved as I ended up paying for parking, as wasn't clear where to go/park.
Food could also be improved, & Covid style screens should be removed!

There was a young man on duty when we visited, his name was Mo! He is an absolute credit to Tenpin Colchester. He went above and beyond for us. We attended for our daughter’s 12th birthday, not as a party but as a family. He was more than happy to take the cake I had made, brought it down to us with the candles lit and even took the time to cut this for us and bring it to our lane. Thank you so much Mo!
The manager on duty that evening was called Victoria, she was also amazing, she clocked it was my daughter’s birthday wished her happy birthday and even gave her one of the old pins from the lanes. This has been put pride of place in her room. Thank you so much for making her evening so special! Mo did give me a feedback card but I lost it between leaving and getting home
