Staff and service good
Staff and service good. Food not too bad. The property a little run down as well as bowling balls but had a good time with my granddaughter.

I have always found the staff friendly and helpful, and we enjoy the atmosphere. Plenty of parking.

The venue is great
The venue is great, we all enjoyed ourselves, however, the hot food was awful. Very poor quality. We ordered £45 worth of food, burgers, chicken wings, hot dog, pizza.
The fries and pizza were edible, the rest was not. We could only eat a few bites and it didn’t get better so most of it was left.
A waste of money tbh.

The air con wasn’t working so it was so…
The air con wasn’t working so it was so hot inside. It was in the heatwave so was unbearable for my daughter party.
Our lane broke twice whilst we were playing.
Staff were very helpful though. But it made the experience very frustrating.

We went to tenpin as out of work activities. Lines was constantly breaking down. We swapped the lines on very beginning and even after that , other lines was doing the same.

Friendly staff but amenities a let down
Although the staff are very friendly, specifically Nicole at the Ipswich branch was professional, the amenities really let them down. Specifically the toilets are just disgusting. Every toilet seat was broken and hanging on by God knows what, doors don't close, hopefully it was water that covered the floor and overally just grimey.

The bowling was ok but the food was…
The bowling was ok but the food was not. We had boys aged 12-13 yrs old and they only had 4 small chicken nuggets and about 7 chips each. It was a toddler portion. If we had've known how little food they were given, we would have just paid for the bowling and took them somewhere else to eat. We had to pay for Macdonalds after as they were still hungry! Not a cheap day out as drinks were not included.
The boys did love the arcades, rides and pool tables too but overall you need to give bigger portions for the older kids.

Great value enjoyable bowling night out
We really enjoyed our Tenpin Tuesday bowling night. It was really good value however the first lane we had kept scoring 1 less than the pins we knocked down so we were moved to another lane. It worked very well for the first game but then got stuck a number of times. The staff were very helpful and good at sorting out the bowling lanes when the pins got stuck. The mechanisms could do with a make over.
