Tenpin york-bowling experience
Lovely fresh look so all nice and clean and a bit more open so feels less cramped. New machines. No queuing, managed to get our lane a few minutes early too.
Deducted one star as the keypad didn't work so had to visit reception twice who advised it was frozen and this often happens when busy so he had to add names manually, kids wanted to do bowling pic and couldn't.
Overall an enjoyable visit and will return.

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff. We booked karaoke and the screen in room 1 froze which couldn't be rectified but they were polite and moved us to room 2. The new layout is great. We will be back (£50/hr is a LOT for 2 people but we're grateful there isn't a stipulated 4 or more like everywhere else in York). If it were cheaper we'd go a few times a week! :)

Perfect family day
Booking process was quick and simple. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We enjoyed it so much that my son now wants a party there. Great fun for all the family.

Great family entertainment!
We had a lovely time bowling and then playing on some of the arcade games. Once we found someone that wasn’t busy the issue was quickly sorted. I’m sorry I didn’t get the young ladies name to thank her in this review. All in all a great experience.

We were attracted to Tenpin by the competitive price available which was around 50% cheaper than the local competition. Checking in was no problem and the venue seemed to have been upgraded since our last visit. It’s spacious and well laid out so we went on to have a very enjoyable hour and a half. We didn’t eat or have drinks but there was a good choice on offer although I did feel that some of the menu wa priced on the high side. All in all a good experience and one that we will certainly repeat in the future.

We always enjoy our time at tenpin,however, this time it was a little marred with young people sitting at the start of our bowling lane. This made it a bit tricky to bowl properly. We didn’t complain because we were near the end of our time

The staff were really friendly
The staff were really friendly and helpful. The new renovation is so much better than before with a better layout. We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back. Just hope the price stays reasonable now it’s been renovated
