I called the Breahead store to ask about a product and it was such an up beat conversation about what I was looking for. When I got in I met Kirsty who I spoke with earlier and she was full of fabulousness and was so helpful and I loved the experience in the store. Thank you 🤩

I had the pleasure of having James or (Jaundice James) he told me was his nickname lol at Braehead designer rooms helping me pick out my furniture. He was fabulous he let me browse and advised if i needed anything to just ask and wasn't pestering me that is a win. He also had a great sense of humour as did the other girls in the shop. One of the nicest designer room stores ive been in. Staff are normal and not snooty. My purchase was made easy and i look forward to my furniture coming soon. Defo be back to braehead designer rooms.

Staff went above and to help me out ..

James in the Braehead Park store was extremely helpful 👏

Great Service thank you all at braehead - Angelo and family

I have had a couple of terrible experiences with this company over the years … once they badly damaged a £1500 bed when delivering and the other they had me waiting almost a year for goods and when they finally arrived it wasn’t even what I ordered.

Because of these previous problems I haven’t bought anything from them in about 4 years
I am also not a fan of them wanting you to leave a glowing review after simply placing an order as this is the easiest part of the transaction …. It’s what comes alter you part with your hard earned money that should be judged accordingly.

Anyways while browsing the new Kilmarnock store we noticed a nice sofa that was almost identical to one we had seen in sofology that we were going to buy and after comparing the prices and what you get with it we decided to go again with this company.

Was absolutely dreading it and had been joking that we would probably get a chest of drawers delivered instead but I honestly couldn’t fault them.

The saleswoman was excellent … the price was excellent …. The delivery time from order (5 weeks) was excellent … the delivery drivers were excellent and most of all the actual couch was excellent.

Credit where credit is due …. You’ve just really pleased a previously disgruntled customer and will definitely use this store again shortly when we are refurbing the rest of the house

Well done ! x
