Fantastic all-round!
The ability to order a sample of 1 whole tile - brilliant. Avoids possible costly mistakes and gives peace of mind when ordering. I can physically put in-situ and don't have to use my imagination! Website was easy to navigate and order from. Delivery was smooth, well communicated, and on time. Even the delivery driver was cheerful, and it was 30°s outside! Packaged well, not wastefully, beautiful textured tile sample arrived in perfect condition. Great experience, definitely recommend, I will be back for my next project. Thank you all.

We recently ordered a batch of floor tiles from Tile Mountain. While the process had a few bumps, the outcome and customer support made it a positive experience overall.
Upon delivery, over 20% of our order arrived broken. However, this was not the fault of Tile Mountain or the couriers. The issue lies entirely with the original manufacturer's packaging. The tiles came in a shockingly thin strip of cardboard with no protective padding. Honestly, I’m surprised as many survived as they did.
We inspected every single tile on delivery day and contacted customer service immediately with photo evidence. They handled the situation brilliantly and had replacement tiles delivered within 24 hours.
A special mention goes to the delivery drivers for both shipments. They were patient, professional, and gave us the time we needed to thoroughly check through the pallets.
The finished look of the floor is beautiful. There were minor quality variations—a few subtle size differences and slight flat/warping issues—but considering these were among the most budget-friendly options available, the quality completely aligns with the price point.

Verdict
If you order from Tile Mountain, be sure to inspect your delivery right away just in case factory packaging falls short. Because their customer service and replacement speed are top-notch, I would happily buy from them again.

Awful experience. Tiles broken on delivery then also broken on replacement delivery that I had to pay £30 for. Will only issue a 50% refund for damage caused by them. Will never use again

I spoke with Karen today and can't thank her enough for her patience and support in helping me sort a replacement tile quickly. I'm new to the trade and can find some of the jargon quite overwhelming, but Karen was incredibly patient, explained everything clearly, and got the replacement arranged in no time.
She is a real asset to your customer service team. The aftercare I've received today has been outstanding, and I will definitely be returning as a customer in the future. Thank you again, Karen!

Excellent product. Fantastic delivery timings.
There was an issue with the delivery in as much as a couple tiles got damaged, they're HUGE 1000 x 1000mm. This was cleared up quickly by seemab.

Ordering was easy and delivery was very quick. The goods arrived on a pallet and not one tile was broken. We has since raised queries about laying floor tiles and gotaa good and quick response. Having been a few tiles short we re-ordered a small amount which again arrived very quickly and no breakages. Postage was reasonable too.
