This is my second order. Everything was very good order. Tiles are beautiful.
Few of them came broken but customer service is very helpful and proactive.
Shout out to Misbah for providing excellent service.

I bought a load of tiles off Tile Mountain last year. Literally 14 months ago to tile my kitchen and utility (about 50 Sq Meters) Had a small extension done recently and added another 6Sq Meters onto the floor space, however I cannot tile this area now as the tiles I bought from Tile Mountain last year are no longer being sold. Oh they have the tile I want, but in a smaller size - so I cannot use it and the bigger size.... no they don't stock that anymore. So now what the heck do I do? I have tried searching everywhere for the same tile and size to no avail. So my advice... Be aware that in a year or 2 if you crack a tile or you need to replace any you will probably find that the tile is "No longer being sold" by Tile mountain and then you are STUFFED like me. So give that a think before you rush off to the bargain tile provider! I know I will!

I ordered some tiles from Tile Mountain. The tiles were out of stock and new stock was expected by September. I decided to change the order to another tile. This is when my issues started. They tried to re-order the tiles and sent me a quote with nothing on it apart from a £5.99 delivery charge (I had £58 to pay a the new tiles were slightly more expensive). When I questioned this I was to the delivery charge would be deducted from my order. That was not the problem, the problem was the quote did not ask for the extra payment and there was no information on it. After this happening numerous times I paid the extra money by BACS payment. They then sent me another quote for a £5.99 delivery charge and no other information again. I sent another email and received no response so I decide to phone them up. My call was answered by Karen (Kaz). She was absolutely superb and resolved the issue inside of a couple of hours, sent me the new order details and arranged to call me when the tiles were in stock and ready for delivery. I can't thank her enough. Unlike Seemab Sarfraz and Misbah Jabeen who were absolutely useless.
So the moral is call Tile Mountain Customer Service and ask for Kaz.

Replacements to goods damaged in transit, was swift and hassle free. The lady I spoke with at the outset of reporting the damage, had the link to me within minutes. Once completed Misbah processed the replacement order in a matter of minutes.

Excellent service and quick delivery from Tile Mountain

Ordered 3 tile samples for my kitchen renovation project. There was an issue with the shipping carrier delivering to the wrong place, but that was out of Tile Mountain's control. They promptly reshipped the samples to arrive the next day.

Apart from tiles missing on the first order then it taken emailing back and forward to resolve problem then other tiles that were missing were broken on arrival but that could of been the currier
But got there in the end so happy with the outcome thanks

Process was very quick from start to finish, we had the tiles within a few days

The tiles were grey not white despite
Photos being provided the company insisted they were white as ordered. The order number was correct. The product was not.

Staff very helpful. Suggested things that we hadn't thought of
We will use the company again and suggest to friends if they are replacing tiles

Tiles were delivered the next working day, undamaged, which is what we really needed. Would have been helpful to be able to select a window for delivery, even morning or afternoon to make it easier to make arrangements.

Two purchases, one in store and one online. Store server (Cardiff) was excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable. Top up order online very easy too. Great service and great prices.
