Good service and good quality. I will use again should I need more tiles.

A small order of tiles were delivered in good time, but badly packed and a few were broken, however, on completing an on-line form with photos, replacement tiles were quickly dispatched.

The staff were very helpful and tried very hard to help me when there was issue with delaying getting the tiles that I needed. Unfortunately because of the delay I had to ask for refund which I received within a wet. Thankyou very much.

Lovely tiles, didn’t even ask for sample as I was in a rush. Pics online didn’t do them justice.

Tiles came broken, very bad quality, were braking down while trying to lie them and getting split even after they are on the floor. Do not recommend, waste of money!

From using the easy to navigate website to outstanding customer service. After my order was received Rabia Idrees made contact by email. I had mentioned difficulty in parking and not sure if someone would be home. She suggested moving the date but by then I had enlisted the help of my brother in law. She confirmed each step and the emails weren't standard one liners but a lovely email that made a difference. So happy I chose Tile Mountain and will return to order more items for the bathroom. Thank you very pleased customer and Rabia has been outstanding

Originally went to store in Stoke on Trent man very helpful - We didn't buy then as waiting on tiler date to start
He even went that extra - by getting a sample tile different pattern for floor for us to see if it went with the tile on the wall in the show room - it didn't so that was good we could see the two together

We then ordered on line all went well delivered next day amazing, Great tiles good quality
would recommend Tile Mountain

The first delivery itself wasn't very pleasant we received a few broken tiles, what was excellent was the fast customer support (Samantha in my case). Quick replies and Next day replacement deliveries helped me avoid any kind of delays or inconvenience. All company do damaged deliveries not a big deal but this company can replace them real quick
