Multiple boxes of Broken tiles. Process to resolve is all on the buyer and nit picky.
Should deliver perfect product first time and not make customer feel like they are to blame or dishonest.

Haven’t actually ordered the tiles yet, but Saba was very helpful in answering a few questions and therefore my order is imminent. I did purchase full size samples and very glad I did, can’t really get a vision from the free samples. So far so good!

The service we received from Saba was exceptional. there was a problem with a few damaged tiles and Saba dealt with it straight away. The level of service was second to none and we would definitely recommend Tile Mountain.

Good tiles . Some were damaged and replaced once photos were sent.

I recently received my delivery of floor tiles however some had been damaged in transit. Misbah was extremely helpful and arranged for replacement tiles to be sent within 24 hours. Excellent customer service.

Every member of staff is so friendly and welcoming, they have helped this difficult process go through with ease. Even when we had a sticky situation with broken tiles, Fahad delivered an excellent service. He handled the situation with patience and he is very quick at understanding and facilitated their replacement with ease and without stress.

Tiles are excellent quality and were delivered on time and in perfect condition.
