The fitter called me 1 hour before and turned up on time. He did a great job and the carpet is great.
Would reccoment to all!

Great in store experience , in terms of staff knowledge and helpfulness. This was followed up by a prompt visit for measuring and quotes . Fitting booked in the following week. Great service all round and would definitely recommend.

Didn’t get the fitter I requested, not very good communication between shop and fitters I suggest they draw out how they have measured the carpet for fitting especially when it is a hall stairs and landing the was unsure if he had enough carpet because he had not been told how they worked it out to fit not a lot left at all good communication on arrival times

Just wanted to say a big thank you to all the team at United Carpets at Stechford for a job very well done, following my enquiry your representative Don visited my home in Sutton Coldfield to measure up for a new carpet on the stairs and landing we selected a good quality product and received a quotation for the work to be completed and given a date for fitting. The work was completed by a excellent fitter who certainly knows how to fit carpets the end result was excellent we were very pleased and I would certainly recommend this company to take care of all your flooring requirements Thank you for a job well done 👍

Fantastic sales man very helpful , got me exactly what I needed .was a little dissapointed by the amount of mess left by the fitter , but I havnt had a new carpet for a while so dont know if this is normal

I had my lounge and passageway recently carpeted and couldn't be happier, the guys arrived when they said they would and immediately went to work, I struggle with my knees at moment but they told me to sit back and not worry. They were excellent very professional and quality of workmanship 💯 the carpet is amazing like being on a mattress, would Def recommend them to family and friends 😊😊👍

After been recommended by family to take a look at United carpets and beds to carpet my two bedroom flat. I was greeted by Ian with some great advice, not pushy, didn't rush me, arranged someone to come and measure up that same week then I was told to go back in my own time to choose my carpet and underlay and was given a very good price. Carpet fitter Mike, amazing did it all on his own, very polite, left no mess, even the inside of my built in cupboards were carpeted. Fully recommend, amazing service, I would certainly go there again. Many thanks.

Very helpful staff in the Rochdale store, talked us through the options & what weight of carpet etc would be good for the bedroom.
Easy booking of a delivery/fitting slot.

The fitting was wonderful, can't praise the fitter highly enough, did an outstanding job in difficult conditions (due to Wren abandoning a wardrobe fitting halfway through) and with an incredibly narrow staircase to navigate.
The carpet is wonderful, fitted beautifully & all at a very good price.
Will be back for the stair carpet.
