bought the Ultra Statos 2 a couple of months ago, I used it for swimming training, the watch got stuck, it doesn't go into the menu, none of the buttons respond, I sent it to my service center, they returned it as it was, without repair or replacement, I sent an email to Zeblaze, which never responded

A fronte di una mancata consegna di Poste Italiane che asserivano di essere passate ma invece c'era qualcuno in casa che non ha mai sentito citofonare. Al netto della sciagurata scelta di Poste Italiane come corriere per cose di un certo valore, li ho contattati per un sollecito con svariate chiamate di assistenza tutte senza competenza e anzi hanno determinato una situazione grottesca scoprendo poi che era un inganno.
Mi hanno suggerito di chiedere il rimborso per fare pressione sul corriere ma è stato un inganno. La merce è sparita tornando al mittente e loro si sono salvati da una recensione negativa. Attenzione quindi si tratta di un venditore scaltro senza scrupoli e privo di qualsiasi attenzione al cliente.

1)The GPS not stand alone, it need support from mobile phone to track your activity. 2)Should synchronise with Strava, but it only happened once. After that it failed to load the data to Strava. 3)CUSTOMER service not functioning, never reply.

The watch by itself is beautiful, but its measurements are completely wrong.
Zeblaze email support is useless, what they recommend is to restart the device.
Battery life is also not even close what they advertise, so if you buy for sports, buy something else.

Tengo un correo con número de pedido de la dirección info.zedlabzes.com a fecha 3/5/22 y todavía no ha llegado.
Tras varios intentos de contactar no han respondido.
Voy a interponer demanda judicial en derechos del consumidor.

Terrible store , sold me a smart watch which was a Christmas present for my son. The watch was faulty and would not charge. I contacted the store but they are impossible to deal with and are refusing to refund my purchase or replace the faulty watch. This store ZEBLAZE has absolutely no respect for their customers and would not get away with their FRAUD in most countries but they don’t have to worry because Aliexpress covers for them.

Purchased a Vibe3 pro and having had a few zeblaze watches awaited its delivery. Unfortunately the watch would not pair/bind and so the watch was faulty. After contacting their service department all they could come up with was read the manual. In the end I was asked to send the watch back at my expense to an address in China.

Fortunately I purchased this on Paypal so had a full credit within a few days.

You never know how good a company is until something goes wrong and Zeblaze clearly don’t care.

Will never buy another Zeblaze again.

Ho comprato un Zeblaze ZeBand BLE 4.0 , dopo qualche mese ( indossato solo i fine settimana ) ha smesso di funzionare secondo me non vale la pena spendere soldi per questo prodotto non esiste assistenza quindi diffidate di questa azienda .
