Horrible documentation
Horrible documentation, their support is decent but the issues I'm having shouldn't need to create a ticket, these are simple errors, that should be documented in their documentation, but no. Their developers are too lazy to write good documentation, instead, they basically tell you to "drag & drop" when that's not the case at all.
