Die schnelle Lieferung und der gute Service nach der Reklamation hat mir gut gefallen. Die Technik von Motor und Akku sowie die leichte Montage gefallen ebenfalls. Allerdings bereitet die angeschlossene Frontleuchte trotz Austausches des Controllers Probleme. Nach dem Einschalten leuchtet der Scheinwerfer nicht sofort. Es benötigt Erschütterungen an Akku/Controller oder Leuchte. Dann geht sie plötzlich an, lässt sich aber nicht wieder ausschalten. Das geht nur über den Hauptschalter in der Mitte des Akkus. Auch das Aus- und Einschalten der Frontleuchte über das Handy per Zugriff in das Steuersystem funktionierte nur einmal und dann nicht wieder. Wenn die Leuchte an ist, ist die Straße sehr hell.
Ich habe inzwischen den Fehler gefunden: Es ist ein Wackelkontakt des Steckkontaktes zwischen Akku und Controllereinheit. Nach einschalten des Lichtes, klopfe ich von oben auf den Akkukopf und das Licht geht an. Dann lässt es sich auch mit dem rechten Schalter ausschalten. Allerdings sorgt dieser Wackelkontakt auch dafür, dass sich das System manchmal während der Fahrt selbständig ausschaltet.

I've bought a couple of these kits. G Tech were quick to sort out an issue with a fault and I would class the costomer service as good.
The kits are excellent. They appear well made although a bit more expensive than others

Product is good. you will get what you have ordered. Service is excellent (Very fast reactions on request). Only 1 drawback is the long delivery time from china to europe.

I have ordered a rear wheel drive kit on september 2024 for delivery in France. I’ve been informed by 100g.tech that delivery time should be around 2 months. I was confident when I read a lot of positive comment about this company.
Today, February 16th 2025, the kit hasn’t been delivered yet, I still have discussion with Gina from 100g.tech which give me every month the location, whithout any proof. I do not trust anymore this company and I think that I Will never receive the kit.
Update feb 19th: box arrives today, well packed, kit Will be fixed on the bike next week-end => 3 stars

Great piece of kit and very very good customer service.
Helpful with detailed questions and videos supplement the fitting and operating instruction well.
I have two conversion kits from 100g on two bikes and very satisfied with them. (I also have an expensive high end mid drive e-bike from a top tier bike manufacturer and although not quite the same performance, these conversion kits do perform very well in comparison for a small fraction of the cost).
Especially if you are getting on in years or have a limiting injury, the conversion of an existing bike is a great way to keep riding.

This kit is so simple to set up and great to use giving that extra assistance where needed. Even the steepest hills are easy to conquer and living in Derbyshire there are plenty of them. An hour’s ride is using about 10% battery on the top setting.
It also looks great, and not out of place on the frame.
The only thing to consider is the weight makes it heavy to push, but once you are in the saddle you don’t notice it.

The kit is of good qulity and controller performs smoothly. All queries given clear prompt replies.
The battery holes did not line up with the water cage holes due to low crosbar on ladies frame so I drilled a new hole and used a nut and bolt to secure. There was quite a delay in shipping to Ireland. An EU distribution does reduce shipping to days.

Juste un essai car je viens d'être opéré du genou, l'ensemble fonctionne correctement, le montage est simple et rapide. Pas de surprise sur la livraison, environ 2 mois, mais j'étais averti.
Je jugerais plus précisément à l'usage, mais d'ors et déjà, je suis satisfait.
