Violeta always puts me at my ease and makes what would be an uncomfortable experience, much more comfortable. She is very professional, excellent at administering the treatment to my face and neck and a delight to see every 3 months!

More Gentle and Careful Please
I wanted her to go more gentle while wiping with cotton pads on my skin. She still went quite hard after I asked. The bed was narrow -if it’s wider it’s better to relax and stretch. She also got liquids into my eyes for two times. I think she can really be more careful to enhance my experience. The overall effect afterwards are great -skin was hydrated.

I had an amazing experience
I saw so many videos on youtube before and i kinda scared myself to do nose jobe but if i knew it will be so easy i would had it done long time ago...
Thanks to Doctor Yannis Alexandrides and his team everything was perfect!
Im happy i didn't hesitate anymore but i went for it, no pain at all, i just had few days off at home before i started working again.

I have visited 111 Harley Street several times in relation to a surgical procedure I had on 29th February. Every member of staff I have met has been thoroughly professional, kind and considerate to me. My care at each stage has been second to none and I have undergone some procedures in the past which have been less than satisfactory. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Yannis and his team if you are considering surgery too. I am sure that you will not be disappointed. Felt very much as though I was on a conveyor belt, very little pre treatment discussion or advice given.
Price for me was prohibitive for further treatment, much more expensive then elsewhere

Experience with POTENZA
I had 3 sessions of Potenza with Violeta and extremely pleased with the result. I noticed a change in skin texture and tightness. Violeta was knowledgeable and highly professional, she guided me through the recovery period and explained the expectations clearly.
As a Doctor, I do highly recommend 111 Harley street and POTENZA.

Superb service from 111 Harley St. Claudia was brilliant! She really took her time to discuss the options and is super talented. Amazingly, despite lots of work (threads, injections) - I emerged with no bruises and swelling. She's a miracle worker!
