123 AV 

I purchased a "Grade A" TV cabinet, upon receipt the packaging was in tatters and the cabinet was in terrible condition, it looked as though it had been assembled used for six months and disassembled.
I returned it to 123AV, once they had received it I sent a mail chasing my refund and called the day after to which their staff said the refunds dept didn't take calls and told me to wait. After 5 days I initiated Paypal dispute, on the next day I received the following: "We refund you as soon as the item arrives back. This is normally 1-3 working days after your collection has happened. But you have now filed a paypal dispute. Your funds are now frozen by Paypal whilst they investigate upt 2weeks. Couldnt you just wait?"
Not exactly professional.
After 4 calls to paypal who said they were just being difficult with regards to the refund and a call to them with a member of staff who said they couldn't talk to me because "I was threatening them with legal action" - still don't understand that and 3 emails with their refunds team I got my refund.
If you buy from them please use Paypal they will give you some kind of protection!

Arrived on time and exactly as described, will use again

Purchased an AS NEW product from the company and it arrived in a disgraceful state, the 2 side panels were really badly damaged, I sent photos and they claimed this was ok so long as the damage wasn't visible once assembled (which it was) so they said they couldn't replace the panels as it would cost them money. I sent more photos (I wish I could post the photos on here as the panels were shockingly bad) After much backwards and forwards they finally agreed to replace both side panels. The replacement panels then arrived and I disassembled the unit only to fine they'd sent 2 panels for the same side. As I have no other TV cabinet I rebuilt the unit with 1 good and 1 damaged panel and got in touch with them again asking them to replace or repair the unit. They said they wouldn't do this and then claimed the AS NEW unit I had purchased was a used unit, so damage was to be expected. They did offer to collect the unit (in its original packaging - which I didn't have) but they wouldn't replace it. Despite saying there was nothing wrong with the unit originally they now started saying the unit is clearly faulty. I've wasted so much time on this over the last 7 weeks and I've still got a damaged unit. I wish I'd not to tried to save a few pounds buying AS NEW and had paid full price from a better company. My experience is that this companies interpretation of AS NEW and mine are 2 completely different things, their interpretation of excellent customer service and mine are also 2 completely different things. When I said I would look to the small claims court to resolve this they threatened me with liability for their legal costs of £1500-1800 which didn't seem worth it to me to resolve a £200 tv cabinet issue. In my opinion a shocking company who talk nonsense to get out of delivering what they sold you. I asked them to replace the unit many times with one that met the AS NEW description as per their website, unfortunately they wouldn't. Personally I wish I'd never heard of this company.

My wife purchased some Bose QC15 headphones for Xmas 2013 for me, just under a year later I had an issue with them. I contacted AV123 and without any hassle, they offered a couple of options and what could have been a huge headache and hassle was resolved. Excellent service.

Recently bought a Toshiba 24inch tv for my spare room, the delivery firm was brilliant,they contacted me by phone to let me know the day and time they would be delivering, so I didn't have to stay in all day. I would definitely buy from them again.

This was my first experience of dealing with 123AV and it will certainly not be my last. My TV was at a bargain price and there was lightning fast delivery. Highly recommeneded.

after returning the second shoddy disfunctional tv to you i am still waiting for my money back please. I have been close to five months without a tv, you ignore my phone calls and letters. You should be shut down, never have i known such bad service. strange how all your reviews are positive?

I've never bought any electrical goods online before and was pleasantly surprised at the speed at which my TV arrived. The pricing was great and It was in safe packaging.
It was exactly as was described on the website and was a great value for money.

I had searched for some time for a Smart TV. I wasn't concerned over which manufacturer. The Toshiba 32" screen was on special offer at Tesco. I looked at other sites 123AV were offering it around £50 cheaper.
I read the reviews.
Purchasers must understand exactly what 123AV give you - it is not in a supplier's box, you get very little paperwork and only a generic manual.
The set was delivered on time - it set up perfectly and we (my wife & I) are thrilled with it.

We bought a smart TV that we had seen for sale in a number of other stores. This was such a great deal that I expected something to be wrong, but when it arrived, the TV was perfect. The delivery was on the day they said and the phone support was very helpful and pleasant.
I fully intend to be a returning customer and have already recommended 123 AV to friends and family.

We wanted a 32" digital LED TV for our dining room. Typically prices ranged between £150 and £300 but the cheaper ones were by makers unknown to me. I then spotted the 123AV were offering a 32" Toshiba LED TV for £129.99. Even with delivery it was still just less then £140. The set was delivered within two or three days and we are very pleased with it. We think that this purchase was excellent value.

Before to buy anything online i have to check the product, campany, etc, etc, and this time was no diferent. To be honest i was very impressed with all the reviews. Thanks god i bought from 123AV and in the future if i need anything from that campany i will buy again and again and again. Thank you 123 AV i am very happy.

Product arrived before expected and very good service overall, but I didn't get a notification that the product would arrive the day it arrived and I could have been out. Would have liked to have been told by email or text. But still very happy! Thanks again!

It came in a very well packaged box it worked straight out of the box for a pre owned item was am very pleased to find it all looks very good.
