Great tyres at a reasonable price and quick delivery!

Great priced tyres, speedy delivery, however... there was no communication between 123Tyres and the fitters so when the tyres arrived they were not automatically allocated to me (it was lucky the fitters did not use them for someone else). My fitters had never heard of 123Tyres when I arrived to get them fitted. They had to search for the tyres because they’d had no information. Also the fitting price quoted on 123tyres website was not correct (the fitting cost was a couple of pounds more per tyre).
I’d use them again if communication improves.

Ordered 4 premium 4x4 tyres and paid for them on line - received immediate confirmation for order and payment.
Next day received email saying order on hold and asking me to pay - Clearly thought this odd and rang bank to check transaction - 123Tyres had taken payment and then returned it - bank at a loss as to why!
Rang 123Tyres who told me I had no money in my account and they coudnt get paid -WRONG! When explained that they had taken the money and returned it was told that this was my fault as I had entered the card details incorrectly - Also WRONG as they could not have taken the money and the transaction would have bounced! Very ignorant and argumentative staff - Cancelled my order there are plenty of much better companies out there and prices all the same!

Used site before and used this time again, no problems or anything, everything alright, good prices, good tyres, quick delivery, would recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish. Cheapest price, quick delivery to my local garage - who were highly efficient in fitting the tyres & carrying out their side of the transaction. I had always steered clear of ordering new tyres online - choosing instead to use one of the 'Big 3' nationwide companies. Not anymore. 123 Tyres will be my first port of call in future. Very pleased. RM.

Very fair price and pretty quick dpd delivery shame two tyres came on Friday and the other pair didn't come till Monday but i was told about their shipping policy being in pairs NOT sets of 4s... will be back for more tyres!

Good price for Dunlop Sport Maxx, but, they should have advised that the tyres were stored in the Netherlands and would, therefore, be over a week for delivery to the UK. As I had a non-mendable puncture, (and no spare wheel), it meant I was off the road for the period until the tyres were delivered.
The website is .co.uk, but the company is based in Germany.
If they had been up front about the delivery time upon order, I would have been more impressed.

Paid for tyres and waited over a week to be told it's still being shipped here. Requested cancellation and a refund on tuesday but still waiting now for a refund even though they told me the funds would be clear in my account 24hrs later.

Keen pricing and rapid delivery to fitting station. Will used again.

Best priced tires I could find (I was after mud&snow ones) Quick delivery, however ordering was not made easy especially the payment part. My order has been cancelled twice when I paid on credit card. The other thing I was not happy about that there is an additional charge when you buy 1 tyre, despite that the other 4 are being delivered to the same address 🤐
