I had a terrible experience with 18montrose and will never shop here again. I tried to return a pair of shoes, but they refused to accept them, even though they were unworn and in the original packaging. Their return policy is extremely rigid and unfair. On top of that, their customer service is awful—completely unhelpful and nearly impossible to reach. I sent multiple emails and tried calling, but getting a response was like pulling teeth. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

I payed for 3 shoes, they shipped 1 to me and cancelled the other 2 BUT THEY DON’T WANT TO REFUND ME!!
I have to receive back 260€!!!

I received my items in an unprotected paper bag, they were completely damaged and deformed and they didnt refund me a single cent. They just offered me a free shipping coupon for my next order.
hahaha, Yeah makes sense, free ship to get another damaged item.

They ship in a plastic bag and then they offer you a 10% discount... just ridicolous

Returned a designer sweatshirt to them in error, they never got back to me. Their customer service ignored 10 of my emails. Most appalling service.

I bought a pair of sneakers. When I receive a confirmation email, size was wrong (1 size down from ordered). Their chatbot are useless. Customer team answered when order was shipped. When I receive the sneakers, their size was like from confirmation email, eq wrong. Customer team asked me to send a photo of size tag. After sending, I received funny response - "You get what you bought. Size is exactly what you choose". After another email with a screenshot of my order history with a correct size - just ignorance. My size sold out now, so I even can't replace it. All reviews are true, online store are worst store I ever use. Buy at your own risk with a low chance to success.

Ordered many times from them, they are a good shop. Even when there were issues, I managed to resolve everything successfully with the help of their customer service.
They have improved their platform and continue doing so, the only thing left to improve is to ship the goods in cardboard boxes instead of regular plastic bags.

Bought some trainers that turned up damaged, couldn't then get back into my account to return, Avoid!

I’ve purchased from them over 80 times and there’s never been a problem once.

They have incredible sales.

e.g. I got a pair of Nike air force one undercover which are rare and a pair of Nike air trainer 1’s for 77 pounds combined which is amazing value for money considering the Nike air force one undercover retails for 145 and the Nike air trainer 1’s retail for 115.

That’s a saving of over 183 in one purchase.

I’ve had some crazy bargains from them and I would highly recommend them to anyone and ignore the ridiculous comments people are posting.

This are thieves send back trainsers becouse there were foulty but they send it back refuse to refund, Been shooping online for over 15 years never happen to me, got trainers back but all paper from inside box is still missing !!! stay away crooks

Ordered trainers, without reg account. For some reason I took a screen shot of confirmation with order number, as no info on my purchase was sent to my email. After a month of waiting, requested customer support for details of where is my purchase, after confirming my details, receive email to rate customer support service, not actual info on my purchase. Seems like a scam company. Avoid it at all cost.

Bought some nike trainers in December 2023 but only got round to wearing them on holiday in June 2024 but on closer inspection they sent me one trainer size 8 and one 8 and a half. I emailed them to let them know and they refuse to accept responsibility. Clearly seems to be they cant be arsed to check a customers order before it leaves.

Stay away from this Company as they have zero customer service support. My credit card and email was fraudulently used to create an account and place an order with them. When i received the notification I blocked my card with the bank and reported to the Police. The email even had an address in the USA for the purchase delivery. However on trying to contact 18Montrose to stop the delivery it was impossible. They don’t answer the phone, their email options are predefined and when you email them you get an automated reply. They don’t read it and went on to send out the package regardless.
Whilst I can’t blame them for fraud, contacting them to stop it was impossible.

Just ordered some Vomero 5s from these guys with next day delivery and had no issues. Arrived early with DPD tracking, box and shoes in perfect condition, kept updated with emails throughout. Great service from 18montrose, not to mention better prices than anywhere else I could see online. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future 👍
