Warts company ever.they cote one price but after I paid it they immediately increased £1321. So be careful

Top customer service received.
All aspects of my quotation were excellent, including communication from the Broker Richard.
Process was hassle free.
Received a really good competitive quote which I accepted.
This was extremely helpful in view of my new business start up budget! Great range of additional insurance bolt on products. This is the best experience I have received from an insurance company. They were recommended to me by a friend, I would fully endorse this recommendation to anyone requiring insurance.
Have been a pleasure to deal with.

Bashir - what truly amazing customer service. My insurance requirements were complex to say the least but Bashir supported me along the way & worked hard to secure me the appropriate policy at the best premium available…I was a tricky customer with some moving goalposts & being very emotionally invested but it’s only thanks to Bashir’s tireless efforts I can finally say my new start up company is officially up & running. I am very grateful to One Answer insurance for the excellent on-going customer service & I can relax knowing I have an ongoing working relationship with an insurance broker who will support me on every step of my Limited Company’s journey.
