Only had cover for 6 days
Only had cover for 6 days, due to change in circumstances. Paid £240 deposit , charged me 114 for 6 days cover. That was more than a months payment. Absolute rip off.

Terms and conditions are provided prior to cover commencing, alongside full details of all applicable fees. These are also outlined in the new business documentation issued at inception.
Cancellation costs can vary depending on a number of factors. These may include any return premium calculated by the insurer, whether there is an outstanding balance under a finance agreement (where applicable), and the administration charges previously outlined by the broker, One Answer.
If you would like a detailed breakdown of how your cancellation figure has been calculated, please let us know and we will be happy to provide this for you.

Great Service
The advisor was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and posted holding and silences well during the call when they kindly switched my insurance from one vehicle to another 😃🫶🏻

Absolutely fabulous service and local to me very thorough provided exactly what was required, would totally recommend.

Josh was excellent
Josh was excellent, found van insurance for my grandson which seemed near on impossible with every other company
He was friendly helpful and got back to us when he could keeping us informed at every step

Excellent service from Josh!
Many thanks to Josh, who was professional, helpful, and answered all my questions. Gave us a really competitive quote and the best thing of all, a direct number to him in case of future queries. Real help!.
