Ok, I thought Dama NV was one of if not the only legitimate company but I was WROOONG. I was wondering why there's no live chat but I got the answer soon enough, so I made my first deposit and I did not receive the welcome bonus even though I clicked it, I wrote them a message and continued playing, and my balance from 20 euro got to 180 and out of nowhere it became 80 I raised it to 100 and then it dropped to 80, raised it again to 100 and then a favourite weapon of the scammers "an error occurred" at that point I know that it was a scam and I am going to lose the whole balance and I was right. Those scammers will rot in hell

NO WITHDRAWAL PROCESSED - potential SCAM (DO NOT PLAY HERE)
6 days and they still haven't allowed my withdrawal.
11 days and I am now told this will be received on the 30th-3rd.
I am in disbelief
3rd and I am told it will be another 2-4 business days. Genuine concern that this is a scam.
Games feel like a SCAM with their returns (they would not show me the returns on their slots).
Avoid
EDIT FOR REFERENCE (Since i have someone from the company now 'helping in the comments).
: I have been in contact with the team every single day since asking to have my withdrawal. day one I was told it was declined but they neglected to email or notify me.
Day two they still had not looked at the documents I supplied.
Day 4: Still awaiting them LOOKING at the verification documents supplied.
Day 5: They are now asking to resubmit a photo of the back of my card and asking for my banking details again. this was done with their help on live chat and submitted with no question. I am now having to do so again. 5 days on from my original submission. I have never experienced this level of unprofessional in all my life.
Day 6: my bank is being reviewed. My verification is being reviewed and i have been told it should be 5-7 days from here.
It has now been 15 days and i am still yet to receive my money.
This company are not to be trusted.
Adam from customer service mentioned that he doesnt even know why they would refund me given their turnover rate of 3X what you put in. I told him i had cleared that and then some by the time i took the 300 out. I have never experienced such attitude from someone working in customer service.
Seriously, I watched a game with $3 and $5 spins (spent 400ish) to win 2 bonus games of 20 games and won $0 each time. They would not show the return rate on the game. It seems to be a rigged casino and I would not go anywhere near it.

Everything was fine until I tried to cashout
Everything was fine until I tried to cashout.
21bit then sent me an email with a Confirm link in it which I was told I had to click to confirm crypto wallet was mine.
When I click on it I get directed to the 21bit site and then get a 304 Web page not found error.
I went to live support and explained this and eventually I talked live support into checking if I had any problem or not.
They told me my confirm was all cleared and have a nice day.
The next day my withdrawal was returned to my 21bit balance.
checked my email and withdrawal cancelled because I did not confirm wallet.
So I started withdrawal process again and email support at 21bit with details about 404 page error including screenshots as well as letting them know all of my deposits were all from same crypto wallet address that withdrawal was directed to.
Then I contacted Simon on live support and he appeared to completely ignore me and told me to clear my browser caches and re-install browsers etc.
Next day withdrawal gets cancelled and I received an email thanking me for contacting them with my concerns but until I click the email confirm link to confirm it is my wallet then I cannot withdraw.
So once again I email stating that the link does not work and I tried 4 different devices all with exactly same 404 page not found problem.
phone, tablet, pc and imac. none worked.
I received a reply thanking me again and completely ignoring my detail and understanding of the situation, suggesting my browser or my self was more of the reason why I could not get it to work.
Now I am getting upset and told them that I certainly knew what I was doing and besides being rude they at 21bit appeared to not have any understanding of the complaint ane every time I get directed to click on the link in the confirm email that they sent me.
It didn't matter how many times and ways I i tried to confirm it would not get through to the correct page on 21bit website and Roy at support kept referring back every time to "The relevant people say that I need to confirm wallet via the email link they sent me.
I tried to guide them all the way through the problem but they insisted I wasn't doing as they asked so I was not getting a withdrawal from them until I manage to get the damn email link to work.
I can deal with errors happening but most concerning was the attitude of their support staff but even more of a worry was that those same support staff appeared to be totally incompetent.
Rage quit blowing the money on much higher stakes pokies to get rid of the cash.
Not playing there ever again and happy to tell anyone why if they want to know why.
