Waited very close to 1hr for the car to turn up. No links for a map to the drivers location, no number plate sent either. Had to constantly call the company to find where the car was and had to ask for the number plate. Guy on the phone very rude, 'YOU'RE NOT LISTENING OR HEARING ME. I SAID X NOT Z'. Imagine if I was hard of hearing, I would be offended. Imagine if I had an emergency, I would've died already.

Pre-booked days in advance for a taxi to catch a flight. Didn't arrive on time so called them 5 minutes later, was advised they were just enroute and would arrive in 10 minutes. Those 10 minutes go by and the app shows them as 15 minutes away. Had to switch to the more reliable service Uber offers and cancel the taxi that never turned up. Customer service's response was "okay, sorry" and hung up. I was unable to merely query regarding the refund.

Avoid at all costs, unless you want an unreliable taxi service that doesn't turn up with pisspoor customer service. Do better 247 Cars.

Have used them for years. Tonight was completely different experience. AWFUL. Normally, taxi drivers calls to ask if you have picked up the luggage, then they will drive into the car park. This taxi driver didn’t. When he finally called, I’ve said I haven’t got my suitcase yet. But I’ll call when I do. When I got my luggage I called him, he said he already left and I have to book another taxi. So, I called the operator again to book a new one. He was angry and said they will never serve me again. He said I told him I already had my suitcase, which I didn’t. So, instead of saying there must have been some misunderstanding, they’ve decided never to serve me again.

I don’t feel the way Reece or Rhys spoke to me and attitude was nice when I haven’t done anything wrong. Their customer service has really gone downhill.
