Het pakket was kwijtgeraakt bij DHL. Nadat ik dit bij 24high aangegeven had hebben zij het opgelost en direct een nieuw pakket opgestuurd! Toppers!

They sent me a product defective, I did everything that was supposed to, I send pictures, a lot, they keep asking questions just to delay the refund, at the end never answer. Is a shame and please don’t trust them, they take your money and they are not responsible once you have any problem.

Stay clear of this site!!! 75% faulty products, the owner is rude and arrogant and refuses to refund bad products. I ordered 2 grow kits, that both were bad, then I got 2 new ones where one was bad, and after that I was simply told not to shop with them anymore! I have had many grow kits, and never have I experienced a faulty one, not alone 3!!!, before I shopped at 24High.

If you are within Europe, use Mondo or Alchimia instead, as their service and products are far superior. I have the full email thread with the owner (Mark), trying to wiggle out of his commitment and his first flush guarantee, for verification if needed.

So all I can do now is try to help you not get into the same predicament I have landed in, due to illegal and unethical business practices. Because one thing is that he is acting in an unethical way, but it is also illegal to not reimburse for faulty products under the EU Consumer Rights Act.

So do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else! You are welcome.

I now realise that the products were contaminated upon arrival. I did notice they appeared different from the same product I have experience with from different companies which never failed before. But twelve days later these have completely failed and are covered in mould. I followed all the steps exactly and kept everything scrupulously clean. I contacted the company and even though they said they would help me they also mentioned it is a natural product, but that is not the issue. Also, it has been almost 24 hours since they last replied on what is a time sensitive issue. I will update this once there is a conclusion.

After a lot of mails it seems they will deliver.

Ich denke der Shop ist legit. Ich kann nicht nachvollziehen, welches Problem mit dem Zahlungsdienstleister des Shops vorlag. Imho ist nicht
der Shop per se schlecht, sondern deren Dienstleister.

Für mich ist das ganze aber sehr ärgerlich. Eine 2-stellige Zahl an Email Verkehr, ein erheblicher Zeitaufwand und viel negative Emotionen.

Der Support war sehr nett und bemüht, aber auch recht hilflos. Datenschutzrechtlich sehe ich das ganze als bedenklich an.

Die Ware ist top, Mhd, Verpackung, Preis alles bestens. Hätte es diese Probleme nicht gegeben würde
ich jederzeit wieder bestellen.

Insofern eine sehr gemischte Erfahrung, aber Betrugsabsichten erkenne ich im nachhinhein keine.

Finally a good shop,nice but not that strong truffles (but thats not the shops fault),but I will try it in the future. I CAN RECOMMEND IT.

I never received the product and after 1 mounth i wrote to them they told me it was send back to them. I never got any notice to pick up anything and now i couldn get any refund because the product had a date on it and they recharged me with additional fee 17 euro just for resend it and the whole process was very annoying because they answered my questions every 3-4 days. I would not recommend this site and i wont ever buy anything from them.

I had technical problems with purchasing good. I've made a payment via Bitkassa (which I DO NOT RECOMMEND), and the money were out of my account, but for a strange reason, they did not appear into 24high's account. This happened two times, which caused a lot of irritation and frustration. Luckily for me, i was in contact with a very kind and helpful customer support, which did all she can to help me recover, my otherwise mystically disappeared Bitcoins. She also compensated me for the inconveniences i had to experience, and the payment fees for the two unsuccessful purchases i made. She turned a bad experience into a good one! Once the goods were shipped, the delivery was very efficient. Looking forward to try the products!

Didn‘t received my money back for a few grow boxes. Every E-Mail I send results in getting the same copy paste message, that it can take some days...it‘s already a few weeks ago. Seems like it‘s a scam.

When I received my order (quite large) there was an item missing and two items where smaller than ordered.
So I sent a mail to the support email address the same day after working hours. Next day early morning I got a reply.
They offered a voucher for my next purchase to compensate for the discrepancy. I re-ordered the same day using a discount code and feel very satisfied.

They also will send me some goodies, that I forgot to apply in my purchase!

Don’t buy here, they’re scammers.

Whole ordering went without trouble. Also they sent order fast. Order recived in good condition.

The second time I ordered with this company. Delivery was very quick; next day service! Wonderful.
Unfortunately there was something wrong with the product I ordered. I sent an email to customerservice and without any problem they sent a replacement (which is really good quality again, just like my very first order. I guess it was just an unlucky batch or something, happens to the best of us sometimes, right? Haha)
Anyway, I am very happy with the service. And I will be ordering with this company again! <3

Not a good experience. On their website they clearly state the product will be delivered within a certain time frame to foreign countries. However it is still signficantly delayed. Moreover when you send them emails asking about the delivery they simply ignore you. I can understand if there can be delays but if they were more responsive it would be better. Fingers crossed the product I order will be decent. Second thoughts about returing here!
