My wife ordered the Tactical underwear with holster inside a month ago and still didn't receive the product. I thought that it was a great idea that they came up with tactical underwear with holster but now that I'm reading reviews material sucks and shipping sucks I'm very unhappy.

I like the feeling when I put it on. Very comfortable and my little 9 fits perfect in the right pocket. I am a lefty?

Ordered 2 Concealed Carry T- Shirts. They are Marked XL. They Should Be Marked XS. I have a 40 inch Chest, and Weigh 165. Barely can get The Shirt on. Forget about Concealing Anything. Cheap Chinese Material. Total Waste of Time, Money. I Don’t Know Anyone Small Enough To Wear These Shirts!

I ordered the shadow t-shirts but you sent me the ghost models and I have already reported this and you have not replied. I tried to call and apparently the phone number is a complete scam. I would say they your whole site is a scam. Mike Look. 207-263-6836. prove that it isn't.

We ordered your 2Tactical shadow carry T-shirt on July 4 and it has not yet arrived. I consider this very poor service. The order number is #2TAC154015. Please get it to me ASAP

We were out of town when the package was delivered to our Post Office Box. It was there several days before we were able to pick it up. Your refund policy says notify you 48 hours after delivery. I love my shirt and will happily wear it. Sadly my husband's 3XL shirt was too small, and he is unhappy with where his gun sits over his belly. Having mixed feelings about this order.

Great communication and customer service.

A Vendor rarely has any control over the processes of supporting Companies outside we of their Corporate structure. You have been keeping me and I assume all your other Clients who's orders are being affected like mine is updated in the status of our orders. I am not anyone special, I have to believe my order is not the only one running late in delivery. Not every Vendor would do what you're doing.

You had such a quick response to my question and just having that type of professionalism is what I look for when ordering from anyone. Thank you and I look forward to more orders in the future

The photo appears to show some pouch-padding. I have three 5.11 Tactical pouch shirts and the padding helps hide my pistol better and give the shirt longer wear time (going on 6 years...wear every day). I will give these 2tactic a chance, eventhough there is very little padding.

My initial order was for the T-shirt to cary concealed hand weapons .
The add popped up another to get 60% off the purchase of products with/ enter a code; JULY60, at checkout, So I went in advertisement and saw 3 choices to choose from, 2 T-shirts for ??,
3 T-shirts for ?? And then best, buy 4 T shirts and get 1 free ,so I did,and as I was filling out the info and when I went to checkout I didn't see a spot to enter the JULY60 code, and when I tried t get out of the checkout it sent the order in. I contacted this company and they said if I sent a photo of the ad they would credit my account, of which they did of $24.00 from the $159.80 charged.
So today I received my 4 T-shirts but not my free 5th T-shirt. , the 60% off should have been $96.00

I ordered two shirts. I received them on July 10. I tried them on and they fit great, however, the holster area is too far back and I'm able to reach my gun due to the size of my chest. I submitted an email to request a return for refund on July 11. It is now July 23 and no one has ever responded to my multiple emails or text messages. They don't do phone service. This should say a lot about them as a company. I'm still waiting for someone to respond.

My complaint is complete lack of ability to get answers. I placed my order on June 20, my order showed up July 23. Twice, I requested status of my order - the support at 2tactic.com address. No reply either time. I was beginning to wonder if I had been scammed. Very disappointed with no feedback.
The product seems to be OK - I bought the underwear. The fit is comfortable and I like how it completely conceals my weapons, especially my Bodyguard 2.0. This will never be a quick draw but it keeps it concealed for just in case.

Waiting close to a month for a delivery is not worth the supposed savings. A dozen spam emails a day and nothing to show for it. Won't buy again from this company.

Item showed up before promised date. Items are exactly as advertised and very comfortable.

Nearly immediate response and got my issue resolved within minutes.

Your sizing is terrible. I am usually an XL but I ordered a 2XL from you. It was so small that I’ll bet it would barely fit a medium. Please respond and fix this problem.

The shipping time is awful. These are made and shipped from China. It took almost a month to receive my 2 pair of briefs. They are a nice pair of underwear with extra material sewn on to hold a smaller gun. Not worth the price in my book. Novelty for sure.
