Scam! Ordered 6 weeks and tracking still says ready to ship

Shoes took that long to arrive they were too small by the time they got here. Returns are at your own cost all the way to China so not worth it. Waste of money. Should have read reviews before ordering!! Avoid!!

Avoid at all costs! Been waiting over a month with no details when they will arrive and not able to track. Shoes won’t fit by time they arrive. Been chasing and asking for refund and get generic email saying please be patient. Really gutted I didn’t check reviews before ordering, total waste of money. Basically same issue as everyone rose writing reviews.

Ordered 3 pairs in one order, took over a month to be delivered even with chasing the order. Too small once arrived. Very little information from the company. Emails to and from getting no where. Now having to return, no idea how long it will take before they actually refund, which is what I asked for 3 weeks ago before they’d even arrived as I’d already waited so long!

If zero stars was an option that’s what I would give! Absolutely awful, tracking states they’ve been in China twice, 2 months and still waiting. Shoes won’t fit when they arrive. Asked for a refund only to be given the tracking number and an apology. I ordered on the basis of 2 tiny feet UK - not drop shipping from China.

Disgusting operation! Items WILL NOT arrive on time! If you’re ordering from these cowboys, order shoes sizes much bigger! By the time they arrive, they will be too small!

Several updates we asked and chased for, only to be palmed off with a generic email, no name, or contact number! Our order took a ridiculous amount of time to arrive, we emailed asking to cancel order, they ignored several times and asked for patience! Over a month late!

Shoes arrived finally and all different sizes!

Like I said, avoid. We will have to sell the shoes on market place and their returns policy is an absolute farce!

scam! been waiting for over a month for 3 pairs of shoes for my LG and after many many emails to them they are telling me it’s still in transit but i haven’t heard anything from them in weeks since my last emails. having to wait till the 30th to do a visa dispute with my bank. absolute waste of time and my poor LG has had no shoes for the last month whilst they’ve been messing me around!

Listen to the reviews. I usually always check for these kind of scams but completely missed it this time. Exactly the same story that you will see multiple times through scrolling. After the initial order confirmation, no shipped email arrives. When you chase, you're told the parcel is en route and that the courier just hasn't updated the shipping status. You then get a shipped email with a tracking option. The initial tracking stopped very quickly and said 'new tracking code generated'. When I check the new code it's been sat saying the same thing for over 10 days now. Overall it's been over a month and if trackings to be believed, it hasn't even left China. The fact the product is from China for the price I paid is not what I was expecting! Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely horrendous company, scammers at best. I had to threaten a chargeback after 14 days just to get them to ship my products which had apparently already been shipped but that was obviously a lie! On receipt of the products they have sent me completely different sizes to the ones I ordered which means I have wasted my money completely, the products themselves are of the lowest quality & are most definitely not worth anything near the prices they are charging!! Utter scam artists, think twice before ordering!!

It is a scam.
Ordered 3 pairs for my toddler, they arrived in several weeks in a crumpled packet, quality was awfully poor, so I decided to return them, and it turned out their 'no questions asked returns policy' involves sharing photos with them, posting to China, which cost a lot! Then I had to wait for almost a month for a refund, and it didn't come until I contacted them again. So much hassle, and terrible experience! Be careful with such so-called 'small businesses' advertised on social media!

I have ordered their shoes but the quality is very poor. Not recommended at all. I wanted to return them but they told me that I have to pay for shipping. Which was 7£ because I had to return them to China. I’m very unhappy. Don’t buy it from them.

Like many others here I placed an order a month ago and still no sign of it. I contacted the company to be told the shipping courier can be slow to update shipping, this doesn't explain why it takes over a month to deliver some shoes, I doubt they'll turn up at all, so frustrating.

Update: I finally received my order. Just to give a timescale for those who are thinking of ordering, I placed my order on the 08/06/24 and received it on the 19/07/24. Overall I am happy with the quality of the shoes but do recommend only using if you are happy to wait over a month.

As a lot of the other reviews, the items did not arrive! I ordered two pairs and after a month of chasing the order nothing has been resolved. Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering.

Relatively fast delivery. I got the Simple Black - Non-Slip Baby Shoe-Socks - 13-18 Months. He wore them once outside and we ended up with a hole in them. For the price paid, I expected the quality to be better. Also, they didn’t stay in place. They kept sleeping out of his feet.

Would give ZERO stars if it was an option. Website says 9-14 days for delivery. It has been a month and nothing, no tracking information on the website has been updated. Chased the company a week ago and they said "logistics companies can be very slow to update shipping status..." THREE WEEKS!? I had a horrible feeling it was too good to be true and here I am a month later, several £££ lighter with absolutely no sign of the product. I wish I had read the reviews before buying - all they have sent me in the past month is countless spammy marketing emails! Money I will never see again sadly - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Took too long to arrive.
Once arrived thankfully one pair fitted but the other pair needed to be returned.

It is not clearly documented on their website what the return policy is advises to contact.

Well returns are tracked parcel back to China!!! Which costs almost as much as shoes.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes for my 12-month old. (1) Neutral stripe & (2) neutral and knitted breathable on May 22, 2024. Once the order was confirmed I got an email by “Kirsty Boddington from Customer Support”. Not to mention an “e-book’. It stated that my order can take up to 14 business days. It does not include the 1-3 business days of processing. Ok. So 17 or 18 days max to receive a toddlers shoe? It’s not a month later and I have still not received any correspondence related to my order. I sent an email to customer support and they claim nothing can be done because the order is still ‘processing’. This is a scam. $50 I’ll never get back but I’ll be sure to expose this company.

Horrible experience, ordered shoes and noticed the shipping address was wrong and emailed them to correct it. They said they’d “try to fix it” and just stopped responding. It’s been 8 days and I’ve heard nothing about my package after 8 days where they claim they’ll process within 24-48 hours.

Ordered both my kids shoes, it’s been over 2 months. Still no package. The company hasn’t even responded to any contact I’ve made. And I’ve made 6 attempts to get a response.

Package claimed to be delivered. I was expecting it so I was waiting for it. Never got it. So now I’m out almost 150.

Should have read the reviews. Bought size for our daughter with is 15 months, so bought for up to 18 months. Shoes too small so emailed them re changing. They didn't bother to respond!

Get plenty of spam from them though.

Well done u scammed my money but a business going for this only will be shortlived as no chance of repeat!
