I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by 360 Digi Marketing.
From the beginning, there have been ongoing issues with poor quality work, missed deadlines, and a lack of professionalism. Despite multiple promises, the website remains incomplete, with many errors and important features not working properly.

Communication has also been a major problem — I often had to chase for updates, and responses were slow or unclear. Critical issues, especially related to key functionality, were not resolved even after repeated requests.
Overall, this experience has negatively impacted my business, causing delays, stress, and financial loss.
I would not recommend their services based on my experience.

Worse company ever , very draining, not keeping to their promises and obviously scammers

Got the team to design me a logo for my local football team. Provided some ideas and they didn’t work. With multiple designs and reviews - helped me to decide on one that I was truly happy with. Great comms, great ideas, and reasonable pricing. Outstanding. Left me doing the happy dance

Mark has been amazing in helping me build my catering website. Being dyslexic, I constantly needed changes and adjustments made, and Mark was always so patient and understanding throughout the whole process. They explained everything clearly, never made me feel rushed, and really took the time to make sure the site reflected my vision. The final website looks fantastic and I couldn’t be happier. Such an easy process dealing with the team, was able to help quickly and offered better solutions than my proposals, took all my ideas on and made them better. Communications were excellent, responded quickly and also sent reminders if you hadn’t given them required information. Offered lots of extras that would be beneficial but were not pushy about you purchasing. More than happy with their service and confident when they say they will complete updates in the future.
