Great customer service
Before Christmas, I placed a pre-order for items to be dispatched 6th January. The prices were already a bargain and I noticed they were having a Boxing-Day sale ending to-day (Dec 27th) and the prices were even better.
Their website showed them as being closed until the New Year so I e-mailed them asking them to cancel my order so I could order again at the lower price and add some other items.
Went on their site shortly after but I couldn’t see the option to pre-order again and without that, I would have to pay postage on the other items.
I was half-way through writing another e-mail to them asking them to ignore my previous e-mail when I noticed a reponse from John at 360-pac telling me he had refunded the difference between the original prices and the sale prices!
Another quick exchange of emails with John followed, telling me how to order the other items without paying postage and everything would be sent together.
I was not expecting anyone to be there to-day and for John to respond so soon and resolve all my questions so quickly without my having to go through hoops, was very much appreciated.
It was definitely five-star customer service from John and 360-pac!
