The order went through and arrived via post quickly. There was an issue with one of the order items, it was dealt with very well and a replacement arrived and all is working as it should -- Thank you :-)

This company is really bad, worst customer experience, still waiting for 2 parts from my order that was shipped on 9th March and it is now 27th March and still not received, i have email them over and over again and you dont get a response from them!

It is a great product and does exactly what I needed, unfortunately the delivery time was to long and the company’s location was not transparent with the item being delivered from overseas.

The item itself is great ,it just took a while to get it

One out of the two "low noise" actuators is really crunchy when activated and the other is normal, but still not particularly quiet.

Unsure about the quality of the product, maybe I just received bad batch. Quality control may be an issue.

Stock has items which I have not seen elsewhere.

Although the range of devices is small and varies week to week, what has been supplied has been reasonably priced and promptly delivered. All parts have worked as specified, and no time has been wasted weeding out poorly cloned parts (as per my experience with some large-scale non-specialist vendors). They provide good supporting information, and this gives me confidence that they know what they are about. When starting a new project, my first move is to see what 383D can supply.

Item was delivered well packed and in a timely manner. Company maintained contact throughout with friendly messages.

Extremely long delivery time it did not arrive until a few days after the last pay date, I assume it got stuck in the Swedish customs.
