I had the worst experience with this 3PL company's customer service. The representatives were extremely rude and unprofessional. They showed no consideration for my concerns and didn't speak to me with any sense of kindness or respect. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have to say they provide excellent services, super fast support and response times.
Never had a problem with them and they are so helpful.

I highly recommend using them as they are one of the best 3pl providers I've ever worked with.

They also have a super nice and easy to use system that they update with new features almost every week.

A horrible company that will cost you a lot of money. Loosing inventory worth thousands of dollars and will ignore your calls and emails. Stay away from this company.

3plGuys is without a doubt the WORST logistics company in the history of logistics.

They will lose your products....to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars. And then will ignore any requests to attempt resolve the problem.

I am not sure if absolute incompetent or actual criminality but I do know one thing for sure:

THIS COMPANY IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

Mike's trying to Bully Me into Paying Extra Fees- That's Not Going to Happen!!!!

On the 3PL Guys Website they have their Current Services Listed in the 'Services/Pricing' Tab.

One of the Services at the Top is Titled 'Standard Inspection' where they Count your Products, Inspect them, etc. etc. (ya know, all the Standard stuff).

And then right Below that there is a Service that is Titled 'No Inspection' where 3PLGuys will "Forward un-inspected boxes to Amazon" and the Pricing is "$4.00 per box 1-50; $3.00 per box 51 or more".

So here is what I had 3PLGuys do for my Work Order:
1) Open up 9 Boxes of my Units.
2) Inspect every single Unit.
3) Put an FNSKU/UPC Sticker onto every Single Unit.
4) Ship out all 9 Boxes to their Intended Destination.
5) Put 6 Boxes into Storage in 3PLGuys' Warehouse.

And it went All Good and then I get the Invoice and it has these Items:
1) Unit Handling
2) FNSKU Labeling
3) Box Forwarding Service
4) Credit Card Processing Fee

And #1, #2, and #4 were Fair.

And I look at #3...."Box Forwarding Service".....What the Heck is that?
That's NOT on their Services/Pricing Page.

So I ask Mike if the "Box Forwarding Service" on the Invoice is the "No Inspection" Service from their Services/Pricing Page.....And he CONFIRMS that THEY ARE THE SAME......Huh????

But that makes No sense because 3PLGuys DID Inspect my Units (+ they Labeled each of My Units).

So I email Mike asking about it and He says it was NOT a Mistake on the Invoice...and he's Trying to Bully me into Paying this "No Inspection" Fee for 9 Boxes when All 9 Boxes WERE Inspected.

Mike thinks I'm WEAK and won't Fight back because He still has 6 of my Cartons in his Warehouse, but he has Challenged THE GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
