مرحباً عزيزي براء نعتذر جداً لك لما حصل لكن بعد ان تم تجهيزك بالمنتج اتضح ان شركة الISP الخاصة بك لا تعمل مع الخدمة المقدمة لذلك تم استرداد مبلغك المدفوع بالكامل وقتها مع الاعتذار بعدها اقترحنا لك الانتظار لحين صيانة المنتج في بلدك او أيجاد حلول الأمر خارج عن سيطرتنا بالخدمات المجهزة عبر وكلائنا. طالما تم استرداد مبلغك مباشرتاً ارجوا الابلاغ ان كانت هناك اي مستحقات من جانبك لنستطيع تقديم المساعدة الممكنة مع التحية.
