I worked with Taylor Nash at 3Search, and she was so easy to communicate with throughout the process! She took into account my experience, and she listened intently to the ways I was personally looking to grow in a potential next role, and helped me find a great fit. Additionally, she made the application and interview process really seamless, which helped me put my best foot forward during what would typically be a pretty stressful situation.

Francesca Jackson-Burnham at 3Search is a great recruiter. She approached me about a Product Management leadership role and was excellent from the initial contact. Her targeting of who to approach for this role was spot-on (practically laser-guided). Her briefing was concise but comprehensive. Her support throughout the process was incredibly valuable - she constructively challenged my thinking based on her knowledge of the hiring company and her own experience.
