Callous, non existent customer service.
Appalling, non existent customer service, purchased shredder 16/11/22 from this Co via Amazon, was problematic from outset, constantly jamming even with one piece of paper, item has extremely heavy lid which has to be removed every time shredder needs emptying/un-jamming, I have a terminal respiratory illness which has led to severe scarring in my pulmonary arteries which in turn makes me extremely breathless on exertion, after struggling on with this item since purchase I contacted the seller to explain the issues I was experiencing and to ask for their help, their response was "its out of warranty, contact the manufacturer", they were aware of my health condition but their utterly callous response shocked me. I approached Amazon and informed them of this matter and their response was that they will not intervene with a third party seller and that I can pay to return the item via a courier, I am registered as disabled an simply unable to afford the high cost of returning such a heavy item, so, thru no fault of mine, I am stuck with a shredder that has never worked properly, that is unable to be returned as I cannot afford to have to pay to do this and this item is exacerbating my already terminal lung disease, to have a warranty of less than 8 weeks seems utterly ridiculous, avoid this seller.

Hi David,
I'm sorry to hear that the return request of your shredder has fallen short of your expectations. As with all electrical goods these are covered by UK law, which means they do have a warranty period from being delivered to you. In essence, that means as a supplier any faults/issues must be contacted through to the manufacturer directly as a warranty claim who will repair/replace this. If unable to do so, they will provide a returns reference to have this returned back to us so we can issue you with a full refund. Having read back through the history, it does appear that this was offered to you as a faulty product with the manufacturer's contact number provided for you to contact.
If you wish to discuss this matter further, then I would be more than happy to discuss our warranty and returns process as I only wish to resolve this for you in the right way - 01636 557421.

Great all the way through.
The unit was delivered on time in perfect condition but I needed another 2 shelves at a later date.
The 3WM office team was so helpful in getting me the right shelves and brakes to me within two days. I would recommend this company.

They respond quickly, and they are very helpful. Jaime really helped me get the right product and Chloe is very helpful and quick to respond.

A complete nightmare company to deal with! did not fulfill the order as promised over a month. Bogus information a been chasing for a refund but only lip service. Stay away from them and do not place orders!

We're sorry to hear the refund took longer than expected on your order. Looking further into this issue, we can see that there was a case open with UPS due to missing items which we had issued replacements for you, so we were waiting on UPS to advise back on the case due to the high value of this order. At the current time, UPS were experiencing higher volumes of deliveries due to the pandemic which meant lost parcel claims were taking longer to resolve with an outcome, so we can only apologise this delay was passed onto yourself.

Excellent service when ordering P.P.E. by phone
Wanted high quality sealed goggles to add to our general, as well as to our SARS-CoV-2, P.P.E. equipment. I wanted to buy 2 pairs and buying them was a breeze. The service was friendly and efficient and delivery was super fast (though not free) and well packaged. I would recommend this company for goggles but I cannot comment on their stocks of other P.P.E. such as masks and respirators as we buy these from other suppliers.
