Logout takes me back to the public homepage cleanly, no upsell intercept. Some sites trap with retention offers on the way out. Here it's a clean exit. Would prefer if the logout button was more prominently placed in the menu rather than hidden in the dropdown, but it works.
Weekend cap 0.5x weekday — peer brands flat — punishing.
Non-sticky bonus contribution was meant to be 100% but the wager meter ticked at 50% — my real money loss was wasted bonus too somehow.
Resolution offer was 8 USD 'goodwill credit' with 31x wagering for a 1829 GBP dispute.
Pulled out 147 dollars from a small win. The amount of steps wasn't fun but the money did arrive in 3 days. So in the end, fine.
Transparency open API for stats skip — peer brands have — narrow.

Made an expensive purchase ($8k) and very happy with the service and with our mattress. We purchased a My Side mattress and it’s been a wonder mattress in being able to have a soft side and hard side!
Love this eye mask! It is wide enough and fitted enough that it blocks all light but maintains peak comfort, and the interchangeable scent pouches are a unique, soothing touch! Highly recommend!

I can’t believe what good quality the eye masks are or how comfortable they are to sleep with. Amazing materials and I love the brands credentials and packaging.

I love sleeping with an eye mask but these are pure luxury. They are super comfortable and so soft on my face. I love the little inserts for an added bit of pampering

Obsessed with this eye mask! I was a bit skeptical before buying as I am very fussy about my eye masks, but I didn't have to worry as I've slept sooo well since I started wearing it. Its super comfy and does a great job of blocking out all light. The scented pouches are a lovely touch too, my pillow now smells of eucalyptus :) 100% recommend!
