I ordered a t shirt from them and the quality is terrible. The shirt is very thin and the label doesn’t even say 4028, but has the name of some other company that they probably use to print their logos on t shirts. The tee also fits really weird and way to tight. Wouldnt reccomend

Ordered a T Shirt for my nephew for Christmas. Had to chase the order, however, finally received. Very disappointed with the packaging. T shirt screwed up in a ball and creased so much will have to press it before giving as a gift. Also the sizing is not accurate. Ordered a small and will be amazed if this fits my 17 year old nephew and may have to return and request a refund.

I never recieved my Clothes.
I ordered in July and requested a refund which has not yet been fufilled so i will now be taking Legal action.

I placed my order back in August, three tees, and have sent two emails regarding my order. The first I was informed my order would be shipped out soon, and then in September “ Sadly it has not been shipped out yet, I am very sorry.”
No estimates, no updates, it’s getting ridiculous at this point.

I have yet to receive my shirt, i bought my shirt at the beginning of September (2) and it is now October 11th. I am very disappointed with the outcome of this.

First order was cancelled by the shop after weeks of waiting. A apologise Voucher was sent which we used. But now - again - after more than 10 weeks waiting we cancelled the order, as the shop is unable to deliver. Absolutely disappointing, no proactive Customer service, no partly deliveries, now we are waiting for the refund.

Customer service gave me refund on incorrectly sent shirt and the two shirts that did come are good quality (100% cotton)

The customer service is great, the clothes are amazing, quickly shipped and great quality.

Shit won’t send the order don’t buy

Terrible website. I haven’t received my package in two months, and they don’t issue refunds. I do not recommend this site — awful service, no money back and no shorts.

I placed my order for two shirts on August 6th it is now September 3rd and I have not received my order. I have reached out and all they can say is sadly my order hasn’t shipped. This is ridiculous an order for two shirts should never take over a month to deliver and if it does your consumer should receive an explanation and compensation because your clothing is not cheap. I will NEVER order again from this company and I will tell everyone I know to not order from here as well.

Ordered 27th July, still not received my order. Have emailed multiple times and get the same generic response. Going to have to go through my bank for a refund. Terrible customer service, won't be using again.

I ordered two t-shirts on July 28 and was told they would arrive within 1–2 weeks. It has now been over a month, and my order still hasn’t even been shipped. I just sent them an email asking for an explanation, but I am very disappointed that it has taken this long.

I don’t find this kind of delay acceptable, and so far the experience has been very unsatisfactory.

Received my order fine, but I got a small and it was too small. I wanted to exchange it for a medium, so I contacted them and messaged them on instagram 3 times I have had no reply from the website, on instagram they said they could do an exchange but when I went to continue the process the didn’t reply.

Got my shirt with no problems and was delivered in the stated delivery date. Shirt is good quality.
