I paid for a SIM card on February 12 roughly one month ago but never received. I think they are crooks. Never ever buy from this site.

Item doesn’t work and company ignores request for assistance

Bought Wave Connect US Data Sim 25GB 365 Days installed and activated 0o 4/11/2025 on 4/13/2025 didn't have any Data. Fastest 365 days I ever see in my 65 years of life. Total Rip Off Company.

The cards were delivered the same day and speed seems very good so far.

I so happy we finally got our unreliable and slow internet resolved. Wave Connect has been great. They visited the boat to setup the new SIMM cards and have provided very timely support ever since. Long gone are the days when we’d ask multiple times a day “what’s going on with the Peplink”. We can get out emails, do our route planning as we sail down the coast of Corsica and even watch Netflix. This morning I saw 100Mps via Speedtest. No more going to retail stores to buy prepaid cards. Major headache gone!

I was asked to write this review after using one on the unlimited European data SIM cards for a month, completely free of charge.

My search for an internet SIM card was a long one. I contacted more than a dozen suppliers of so called "yacht SIM's" and it was hard to know which one to choose. Most suppliers have pretty much the same plans and prices. I'm not very technically minded and didn't know how many "GB" the vessel would use.

I ended up speaking with "Matt" at 4G Yacht/Wave Connect and he explained everything in simple terms to me. We (me and our ETO) had a few video chats with him and it become apparent that he really knew his stuff! Our yacht was recently purchased by a new owner and everyone on-board is a new crew member, so we didn't have any technical information from the previous crew we could look at.

In the end we were very generously offered a trial of their unlimited data plan for a full month. We were told to switch on every device on-board, stream every TV, download everything we could to ensure that we were happy with the service. Evan at 4G Yacht helped us set up the router - thanks Evan!

After a month of leaving every device streaming and using internet in some form, we hadn't hit a single snag. We will likely use a lot of data when all the crew and on-board with guests, so the unlimited plan seems like a bargain compared to other plans that suppliers are trying to sell us. We'll continue with the service now as we are perfectly happy with their team. If anything changes, I'll update this review!

I actually came across this site a few years ago and didn't pay much attention. They had been popping up on my Facebook feed recently and we (we're a navy vessel) had been looking with someone to provide better data cards.

I spoke with Matt who helped us through the whole process, and the team even talked us through setting on our routers. I have to say that these guys know there stuff and the support team is simply the best ive ever dealt with.

We've been using for 6 weeks and haven't had any issues at all. Matt has checked in on us several times which was a nice touch. Generally I don't leave reviews but Matt requested one, so I couldn't refuse!

Since a month and a half, we are using the 100 GB Worldwide Data SIM card from 4G Yacht. So far, we have been cruising the United States of America and Canada and we are very pleased with the internet connection we have onboard. The same goes for the communication and billing from 4G Yacht, which is very smooth and correct. I do recommend this company.

Really great service from A to Z. Quick responses, quick delivery and great support. Many thanks for providing us with next-day data.
