Then they tell me details of which man I deposited money all details of that man .
Then I uploaded my brother's details on the chat then they got account of my brother then they suspended all my 17397 rs money and telling me that I had break the rules. So as suggested on my review dated 29 July 2023, I contacted my manager Ms Ammy.
Never interacted with such dry hearted person with No Customer skills whatsoever.
This is what she said, "Sir I think it is impossible to provide you with a cash gift. I understand that you have high level of playing, but you have not been playing for a long time. Why do we need to be sure that you start active playing after cash gift? I am a manager, I have certain rules of giving bonuses and I provide with it, if you are active player. You can start playing again and I will discuss the ability to give a gift with my managemenet"
So after depositing Millions of Rupees and achieving diamond VIP level, RB wants to be sure coz THEY DONT TRUST ME????
I request that 1 lac cash gift is credited to me immediately and not get in to anymore further escalations of this matter. If I am depositing more it is going to benefit You and if I don't (LIKE AMMY SAID) where are u at loss, I have deposited millions already.

After I have done 30k deposit they have given bonus for 45000. After completion of my wagering I have 228000 in my account.
