On the website, I chose a product with a discount, but when I put it in the basket, it shows full price without the discount. When I remove all products from the basket, and try one more time, the same!😒

Lieferung und Kosten mangelhaft
Bei einem Liefertermin in 2 Tagen erst in 2 Wochen zu liefern ist schon ungünstig. Hier jedoch noch 12 € für die Lieferung zu verlangen schlecht.

Packet nicht erhalten!!!!
Ich habe mein Packet nicht erhalten.
Bei der letzten Bestellung war alles perfekt und innerhalb von unter 5 Tagen alles perfekt.
Doch diesmal habe kein packet erhalten auch keine E-Mails oder Abholbescheinigung.
Sehr unzufrieden.

Ich habe am 25. dec. 2025 eine Bestellung aufgegeben mit der Nummer 202000102481.
Diese wurde noch nicht angeliefert.
Mit der Sendenummer kann ich die Sendung nicht verfolgen. Es wird an FedEx verwiesen nr. 887469714264
Anschließend an Hermes nr. H1029070466210501024
Über beide Paketdienste kriege ich keine Antwort.
Wann wird die Sendung geliefert.
