We booked our climbing (first ever) and hiking guided tours of "The Gunks" through 57Hours and it was incredible. This was our first adventure and vacation and it was THE BEST VACATION... The guides were friend, knowledgeable, and we felt safe on a sheer cliff 100 feet off of the base. Perfect!!!

57 hours has been shockingly bad in communication. We have waited 20 days to get responses to enquiries, received no details about the trip to enable us to book flights and received a bogus invoice for over $500 deposit when we had already fully paid deposit. I urge everyone to avoid this company - they are nothing but a portal for other guide companies and just get your money early (and charge much more than going direct). AVOID!!

I've been climbing for the past 5 years and I've visited many places, but nothing blew my mind like Sardinia. We were on a sailing and climbing trip and every day we visited different crags. Guide on the trip was always very helpful, supportive and he always recommended the best routes for the day. Skipper on the boat was cool young guy who was always ready to teach us something new about sailing. I would recommend this trip to everyone who wants to experience climbing in Sardinia in a different way. I will definitely book again with 57hours.

We literally had to track Disgrover down after we arrived in Croatia.

We tried to find them online…..and they don’t exist. We tried to call 57 hours, but there is no way to phone them. We finally scheduled a sales call…..and got some help, two days later. 57 hours was in communication until we paid our balance and then we never heard from them again.

During our Kayaking and Montenegro trip, we had a horrible, uncommunicative, passive aggressive, unsafe guide whom we have since reported to the Croatia travel bureau. This company should be put out of business.

If you are looking to book a trip, skip 57 hours and find someone directly with whom you can communicate from start to finish. I’ll never make this mistake again.

Update Nov 5, 2024: 57 hours did contact me and offered a partial refund. I told them I would not update my review. I stand by it and feel others should know the truth about them and the companies they work with. The refund never materialized. No surprise.
