I made an error on my order and emailed customer services the next morning. I had an immediate reply agreeing to a refund. I had been a bit worried after reading some trustpilot reviews, but I was proved wrong as the funds arrived back in my account today. Excellent Customer Service.

Having been a loyal customer for several years, spending hundreds of pounds on their products, and experiencing good customer service, I am appalled at my latest experience.

I had a query about unidentifiable ‘material’ at the bottom of a pouch of mushroom coffee. As I’d just about finished the packet of coffee, I did not want a refund or replacement. I was just curious to know what the material was.

I emailed them on 19th November 2024. After more emails, I was sent a SAE to return the packet, which I did on December 3rd. No response. More emails through December into January 2025. No reply. Exasperated, I mailed a letter on January 20th, also emailing it. No response. How discourteous. I am so disappointed but a company that does not reply to correspondence, has no customer support, is not a company I wish to continue buying from, so I won’t. I won’t recommend 5’Greens to friends and family, as in the past, so they will not only lose my custom (which it would appear they don’t care about anyway) but that of others.

I have given the company over 2 months to redeem itself. I wish you luck 5’Greens because, with the competition out there, I think you’re going to need it.

And I’m in top health according to my blood work no issue great service even had delivery left out side my door and gone missing they replaced the shipment in 2 days very happy customer highly recommended

I ordered Ginkgo, DIM and Olive leaf extract capsules from 5greens and upon delivery i weighed 20 random samples of the capsules from each product with and with out their contents on very precise scales. Being pure powders it was easy to see that every single capsule sampled across all of the products were hugely less than what they specified. Some capsules were almost empty. 5greens are scamming people big time and run their operation from offices that in theory could be visited by the public. I have a good mind to issue a county court claim against the company as i do legal work in that area. Might have to see what kind of excuse they give me if at all before deciding my next move. I am totally sick of scam supplement companies ripping people off whilst claiming they are better than others.

I have used this company for several years now, I am surprised at the negative reviews I recommend this company to people I know. This is my go to company for supplements.

I received my first order today, I was extremely impressed by the fast delivery.

I bought 5 greens from eBay Magnesium L and Vit D with K2 just over a week ago the two products look exactly a like I originally bought my magnesium L from British Supplements which worked wonders in a matter of weeks due to the price I thought I'd try 5 greens as they claimed they are clean with nothing added. Since taking this supplement my body feels funny I've decided to discontinue 5 greens and have ordered my magnesium L from British Supplements. I wish I had done my research on 5 greens before purchasing from them lesson learned.

Do not buy from this company!! My mum has ended up in a and e, uncontrollably vomiting and sweating and really poorly 🤒

Recently placed my first order with 5greens for some vitamin C.
I made a mistake on the order, which following a quick email was sorted out for me with no hassle.
The order arrived within a few days as promised.
Great service, now looking forward to any potential health benefits.

The capsules they sent are good quality and they were competitively priced. They arrived very quickly, with no sign of plastic packaging which was an extra plus. Will definitely use them again.

Listing title clearly states '2400mg'... product arrived to discover it's actually 800mg.. false advertising and cheap deception, I told them this and can see the listing hasn't been correct... was sent some spiel about the product having no fillers or binders, totally unrelated to my complaint.. if the product is that good you would not need to scam customers. defo will not buy from this company again

Have been ordering off this site for well over a year now and their products have always been great. The delivery is always excellent and never had a problem with the products or delivery. They have such a wide range of things and are always cheaper than these brands you see popping up on social media

Fantastic reliable company. Ordered Nmn plus Resveratrol from them which arrived speedily and so a few days later went ahead and ordered their Astaxanthin which arrived very fast after ordering! I highly recommend this company! ⭐️

I ordered 120 Quercetin capsules. I was transfering them from the paper pouch into a container and just counting them, and came up short. 14 to be exact and that’s a whole weeks dose. I immediately emailed them with a polite but irritated message and they responded very quickly with apologies and quickly offered me a full refund or the extra capsules. I chose the latter and within 3 days I received a pouch of 30, which I thought was generous of them.
I can’t fault the customer service and although there was an error with my order, I will still give them 5 stars for the way my complaint was dealt with. I shall be ordering again from this company.

Ordered on Sunday6= 26th, delivered Wednesday 29th. (Monday 27th was bank holiday)

Can't complain about delivery.

Products look very similar to what i bought from previous supplier.

Personally I've had an excellent experience with 5greens. The reviews mentioning no response to emails don't match my experience at all. I sent an email about a delivery and received a response plus had action taken to sort the situation within the same day.
This is my second order. My first order contained probiotics and based on the fact that I noticed a real difference after taking them I made a second order for supplements I would usually source elsewhere as I felt the quality was very good.
I've found them to be an excellent company both in terms of product and customer service.

Been using Moringa capsules for 2 years now, absolutely fabulous for my arthritis.

I received my first order of 5greens colon cleanse around a week ago. It is certainly working for me, I feel so much better, especially first thing in the morning.
Give it a go. You won't regret it.
