I honestly was put off, I loved Rich, I mentioned my gratitude and condolences and asked for bulk pricing. The rep didn’t even acknowledge my comments about Rich, very disrespectful. You’d be nothing w/o Rich, all you talked about was how you don’t give discounts on bulk orders. Which is ridiculous, especially with your overpriced products. I’m not interested in making you rich (no pun) I was interested in contributing to Rich’s family and what Rich stood for. Rich was not cheap or greedy, you are, and I’m not going to contribute to you again.
