The villa was very nice but the furniture was very old, especially the bed on the upper floor was not comfortable. The pool was clean and well-maintained. The villa was very large, we had a comfortable holiday with two families and children. Mr. Emrah answered my calls very quickly and solved the problems quickly.

We booked a villa in Tepe Alanya Turkey last may. Everything in the house was dirty, broken or old. The organisation of 5 star villa holdiday didn’t do anything about it! “Thank you for your patience” they wrote me in June. Well….my patience is done!

Super, fantastisk hus og pool. Den skønneste udsigt og rent og pænt 🙏. Lille minus.....vejene op til huset er ikke så gode, men det er sikkert fordi det stadig er et nybygget område, og vejene forventes bedre med tiden.

Sehr schöne Villa mit perfekter Architektur. Wir würden manchmal nicht mehr ans Meer fahren, weil die Aussicht super ist und der große Pool perfekt ist, leise und ideal für Familien oder große Gruppen. Sehr sauber, das Personal ist sehr hilfreich. Danke Emrah Abi. Wenn wir etwas brauchten, war er sofort zur Stelle und hat Probleme gelöst. Danke für alles, bis zum nächsten Jahr.

Die 1. Unterkunft war unter aller kanone, unser Facility Manager Herr Emrah Günes hat sich so gut bemüht und uns eine sehr schöne und saubere, noch bessere Unterkunft besorgt!!! Top!

Dårlig oplevelse.
6 store hunde holder til i opgangen som luger af deres efterladenskaber Allerede første dag var det galt. Når man skyllede ud i toilettet på 1 sal
væltede det ud med vand fra loftet i køkkenet. Det samme skete på det toilet i stuen. Her kom der så vand ned fra loftet i kælderne. Derefter sprang der et rør i køkkennet og hele huset blev oversvømmet i vand. Der stå beskrevet at der er værelse med køjsenge med det er der ikke. De senge står i kælderen som lugter så meget af fugt at vores børn måtte sove på madresser i stuen. Generelt er huset i forfald med mug og fugtskader overalt og er meget dårligt udstyret til 8 personer. jeg kunne aldrig finde på at leje gennem 5 star villa igen

Our stay was wonderful! The house is beautiful, with a great pool and perfect rooms. The host was very helpful. Although the host in Alanya didn't speak English, we communicated well using a translation app. It's worth noting that the location is high up in the mountains (almost at the top), and the road to get there is challenging. The actual location is higher than what is shown on Google Maps. If you're not used to such elevations or don't have a good car, the drive can be quite difficult (especially in the night). I hope the road conditions improve in the future, but overall, everything was fantastic!

The villa was lovely placed up in the hill with a wonderful view over Alanya. Emrah Günes was very helpful and we felt taken care of the whole way. Lovely pool and hot tub outside, and we really loved the barbecue area and the outdoor kitchen.
Aircondition was perfect, and we really needed it☺️
We had a car, and I will really recommend that.

This was a fantastic property. Excellent apartment- clean, spacious and looks like the pics. 5/5 for the property.

The 3 star rating is due to a lack of communication regarding check in, etc. I had to call 2 times the night b4 to get any info on the check in procedure. Check in is late, after 4 and check out is early at 10 am. The apartment could use a few more amenities such as - only 1 roll of toilet paper was provided. Only 1 trash bag provided for an 8 day stay. The office is closed 2 days during the week so we had to go back the next day for check in. I don't mind doing these things if I know about them in advance. All in all a fantastic apartment!
