Ich hatte ein Oberteil bestellt und schnell eine Bestellnummer und Versanddaten bekommen, bis zur Lieferung dauerte es allerdings fast einen Monat. Als das Oberteil ankam war ich sehr enttäuscht, denn ich hatte ein schwarzes Oberteil ohne Aufdruck bekommen und meldete mich sofort beim Support.

Dieser war sehr nett, sagte es sei ausersehen ein unbedrucktes Testtextil verschickt worden und stellte mir sofort einen code für einen kostenfreien Neuversand des richtigen Oberteils zur Verfügung, nur den Versand sollte ich ein zweites Mal bezahlen. Auch für diese zweite Bestellung bekam ich schnell die Versanddaten zugeschickt.

Diese Ersatzlieferung ist allerdings bis zum heutigen Tage etwa 3 Monate später nicht angekommen und des zuvor so schnelle und freundliche Support ist nicht mehr zu erreichen.

Grundsätzlich bin ich einfach nur enttäuscht, denn die Qualität des unbedruckten Testtextils und auch die Passform hatten mir eigentlich so gut gefallen, dass ich über die lange Lieferzeit hätte hinweg gucken können.

I bought rings marketed as 'stainless silver' with a 'no greenskin' guarantee. After only 2 weeks, my finger turned dark green. This is pure false advertising.

Worse than the poor quality is the 'support'. They only reply to Instagram DMs when you give them compliments. As soon as you have a problem and send proof of a defect, they ghost you. I’ve been trying to reach them for 2 months with zero response to my DMs and emails.

Save your money and buy elsewhere. They care about their aesthetic on social media, but they don't care about their customers.

is it a scam ? order placed the 11/19/2025 for chrismas, 3 months later no news, no usefull feedback from support, at the end my bank reimbursed me

No customer service, blocks on Instagram following a bad return, never sends orders (cancel after 3 months), they are surely teenagers, to flee, shame

A product fell apart after a few months. Tried to submit a warranty claim - was met with no response.

Ordered back in November, and got something February but it wasn’t what I ordered and they haven't responded after sending multiple DMs and comments under posts asking to return the unwanted items and get a refund.

They were very helpful around November and responded fast to questions about their product now they just ghosted and scammed me. I’m very disappointed.

I placed an order in November of 2025. It is February 2026 and I have not received my order and they have not let me cancel or receive a refund. I have sent multiple messages and at first they were replying and then they stopped despite continuing to post on their account. It took me commenting on their posts to receive a reply and they deleted my comments. Now the tracking number for my order no longer exists. All I ordered was two rings and they couldn’t at least give me my money back after waiting for months.

Arrived pretty fast (France), I would say between 1 and 2 months, super good quality the necklace is heavy, resistant and super pretty, great communication, honestly I can only recommend

Made an order a month ago.
By accident bought two items instead of one. Got in touch with customer service and 10 min later it has been sorted!
Today, the order has been received and it looks amazing, very unique as expected!
Absolutely fantastic service!

Commande passée le 18/11/2026 , Aucun envoi / Aucun traking , Tentative multiple de contacte mais aucune réponse pour ensuite qu'il me bloque sur INSTAGRAM , Aucun rembourssement a ce jour. Une plainte va etre déposer a la police + mise en demeure.

Order placed on November 18, 2026. No shipment/no tracking information. Multiple attempts to contact the seller were unsuccessful, and they subsequently blocked me on Instagram. No refund has been received to date. A police report will be filed, along with a formal demand letter.

The quality and the design is really good. I ordered a cap and it is (no glazing) the best one I’ve ever bought. Just fits perfectly, it is also pretty light and breathable. Only downside was the shipping, but that’s more on DHL and I mean that just happens sometimes. In the end we’re all humans. But the support was really the best part, it’s rare to find a good support. They made sure I got a replacement and they also send a little extra for the long waiting time with it. Looking forward to the next time, sometimes you just gotta take a risk and try to find a good shop!

Es hat zwar etwas gedauert, aber nachdem die Bestellung ankam, qar ist sehr zufrieden, es ist wirklich ein Kunstwerk!
Auch der support war fleißig und hat immer nett und freundlich geantwortet.

I bought one ring. It was never delivered and keeps showing as being held at customs. After complaining on Instagram, I got a reply after a week and they resent the ring to me. It also got held up at customs. I think as long as you get it delivered in country and not internationally, then you may get your order, but my international shipping experience was pretty bad.

Wir haben einen Fingerring, welcher uns nicht gefallen hatte, in einwandfreiem Zustand fristgerecht zurückgesandt. Entsprechend der DHL-Sendungsverfolgung ist er auch nachweislich angekommen. Es erfolgte keine Rückerstattung, auch nicht nach einer Vielzahl von Anschreiben und Mahnungen auf Instagram, wie auch postalisch. Es sind über 5 Monate vergangen und wir haben unser Geld nicht wiedergesehen!

Ich habe hier das erste Mal bestellt und würde es jederzeit wieder tun :) Die Bestellung hat wegen Black Friday zuerst länger gedauert, nachdem ich dann aber Kontakt aufgenommen habe, wurde mir direkt sehr herzlich und bemüht geantwortet und mein Paket wurde noch am selben Tag zur Post gebracht - Super Service und super nette Menschen. Die Produkte haben eine tolle Qualität. Dicke Empfehlung!

The pendants are beautiful, I don't know about the rings yet because I didn't order any, but I will in the future for sure. Honestly I was skeptical to order because of the low reviews but all went smooth.
